      We used e-bikes. It’s rather hilly depends on how fit you are and whether you’re up for it. We wanted to take it easy this time and just enjoy the ride.

    Nice! I did the Frances last year by bike, going back in May, Because of some injuries and lack of fitness, some friends were riding ebikes this time. It looks like you had ebikes. Did you have trouble finding places to charge it? We're staying largely in hotels, but the batteries are not removable.

    • @michagrech

      Hi! Yes we had e-bikes. We stayed in various places which I pre-book and let them know that we have e-bikes to store and charge. No one ever turned us down, however, I feel better informing them before.

      Hi. I did the French, the Portuguese and the North routes. All beautiful in their way. North was most impressive I think and it does start on the border with France. Bit hilly though. French route has become somewhat crowded now but still a beautiful route. I highly recommend you do it. It's a beautiful ride and you'll meet great people on the way. Go for it.

    Hi..liked the video. I see you rented the bikes. How many miles a day were you doing?...Did you do it on your own or go with one of the many companies?.Did you stay in hotels or the hostels?...How often did you take a day off to spend time in the local area? I got a quote for over 4000 Euros for a 23 day trip..many of the days were only 20-30 kms.. A lot of questions...but would appreciate your feed back.

      @michagrech Před rokem

      Hi Martin. Yes we rented the bikes and planned our own Camino spread over 16 days of cycling averaging 60 kms a day. No rest days as we always arrived in good time to have a look around the town/city we were staying at. You don’t need a company as there’s so much material on the web to help you plan it. We stayed mainly in small hotels as did not want any Covid issues by sharing bedrooms. If you want more help you can email me on michagrech@gmail.com. I can share any material I have.

Any issues getting hotels is super small towns? 3. Did the app you use is in English? 4. Did you had any mechanical problems with the bike and if so was the rental company helpful? 5. Which part of the route was the most beautiful? (Since I don't have 16 days to ride). Thank you.
