Why always said erro 3 at alu mode
Hi, i have this model balancer and was wondering what does the "OPT" button do? It displays a "180" when i press it. The the more advanced menu instructions in the manual of this balancer is impossible to understand because of the very poor translation to english. Can you make a video on the function of this button and the "HID" mode. Thanks!
If I’m using static 2 do I use the measurement ruler close to the outer edge of the rim?

Is there any way you can make a video of this balancer with the motorcycle adapter.. i have this balancer but can not find any info with th motorcycle tire adaptor
There is a video on the Katool account. The adapters are pretty universal and if you can’t find it, you can also just search it up on CZcams here. Just make sure you’re in the STIC 2?setting when balancing motorcycle wheels.
Our laser pointed at the bottom of the wheel, and we had out best results, using sticky weight, placing it along the laser line on the bottom of the wheel. A different variant?
Yes, that’s the exact correct way to do it. In that mode, you will place the weights where the laser tells you to.

Should I use the spring every time and if so what’s it for?
Add maybe about a pound of thread locker so that wheel doesn't become a projectile👍🏽

How do you get it to stic 1 option

So the calibration wheel does not need to be previously balanced?
No, just a straight wheel and a good tire.
i think the calibration should be done with just a steel wheel / no tire you are calibrating to an unbalanced tire the way you show
Can you show where exactly do you put the weights when the laser turns on? Let’s say it asks 1.25 ounce weights, do you put it after the laser mark or before or right in the middle. If you can do a video, I would greatly appreciate it. I have only .25 ounce weights only.

Why can't the kids in tiger cages making these balancers add a dedicated weighted calibration pin like the big boys. I just don't trust a random wheel and tire combo for really accurate calibration. I was hoping this balancer was different than the mayflower in that regard. I've had to recalibrate the mayflower too many times because it will start chasing weights. Guess I'm going to bite the bullet and get a good coats balancer. The chinese tire machines are a great value, but the balancers are not up to par.

You can, if you’re using hammer on weights
I thought this machine was self calibrating?
You only need to calibrate the machine if you replace a part inside or if you're getting strange readings. Otherwise the machine is calibrated and ready to use from the factory.

I could only assume it's because the start button gets worn out before all the others, so they give you a back up for when/if the one you usually use fails.

whats the difference between the 760 and 750 balancer?
No different except the 750 comes with the wheel guard and the top is designed a little differently.

They have an automatic braking feature but they do not have a separate manual brake.
is there a wheel guard for this balancer also does it have a brake
The KT-B750 comes with the guard.
