Absolutely brilliant, Rich. I found you via Trowel Talk and your interview with Stu. Loved your back story and the journey to where you are now and what you’ve achieved. I also think it’s an amazing testament to your Mum, as you mentioned how focused you became when you so sadly lost her. I had a bit of a reality check, as I am very close to my Mum, too. I’m going to continue working my way through your content, as I’m on my own plastering journey. I’m going to implement some of the advice you spoke of in the trowel talk interview: specifically around goal setting and visualising where I want to be. I have two questions: 1. Who would you recommend as a mentor to help with the goal setting stuff? 2. What are the makes and models of the lighting you use? (Despite it being used for spray plastering here, I think it would prove invaluable even for traditional, as we all know how much of a nightmare it can be when the days get colder and darker. Thanks again for the content - I may even go down the spray route once I’m ready, as I love innovation, technology and challenging the norm. Best wishes. James

Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending some time with The Spray Coach -, Rich Wellfair on one of his grand design projects. I’m not a novice and have done a few full house refurbs using the spray plaster system and they’ve all been a big success, but deep down I knew I could get better, quicker and achieve an even better finish for my clients so my choice was I could either continue my trial and error approach, or find the “who” to get me these results. That “who” was Rich. I invested in his course and was blown away by how simply it was presented. Really methodical, easy to follow, well-structured and there was a wealth of straightforward advice, problem-solving guides and hints and tips which are so useful that they will save me far more time and money than the cost of the actual program. The other massive bonus is as the course is online video-based content, I can go back to it whenever I want if I need to refresh my memory. The icing on the cake was being able to spend some time on-site with Rich. We had a really good chat and shared our experiences (good and bad over the years) with the system. Rich then talked me through his end-to-end system, showing me different rooms at different stages of completion to illustrate what he was talking about. We then went onto some practical training, and it was great to see him at work. It was then my turn and Rich recorded me in action and played it back to me, showing me a couple of little tweaks I needed to make to improve my technique. All in all, I’m delighted that I made the decision to invest in Rich’s Spray Coach training course. It has far exceeded my expectations and if anyone is thinking about taking the plunge, I don’t think you can do any better than this program.
