    How do you know how hot the oil is? You're not using a thermometer, and when I tried to use a thermometer, myself, the peppers fry _way_ before 300, and your olive oil isn't even moving. No way in hęłł those raw-looking peppers came out of 300°F oil.

    • @anton48103
      @anton48103 Před měsícem

      Well, if by dirty fryer you mean one with muck and buildup, then that's a restaurant you need to avoid. Legitimate restaurants clean fryers frequently, which extends reusable fryer oil. Places that reuse oil without cleaning properly are the ones with grime, crust buildup, and yiu can tell because their food flavors transfer where chicken will taste like fish and other food items.

    The safest way to make infused oils is to make what you’re going to use in the next 3 days maybe a week. It doesn’t take long. Why risk botulism? Unless you’re using dried ingredients you should refrigerate. Fresh ingredients contain moisture which encourages bacteria.

    How do you know the temp in the glass is 0C/32F? If the water isn't at freezing point, it will raise the temp of the melted ice to above 0C/32F. What's with you Americans and ancient or complicated measurements? Switch to EASY PEASY METRIC like the Rest of the World! I'm guessing most US highschoolers won't know that water freezes at 32F, wheres its easier to remember 0! Lol Then there's ancient pounds, ounces, cups, etc. which require complex conversions. Why do you make life so hard for yourselves?

    The motor underneath lets off a slight smell and it's a little loud czcams.com/users/postUgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zEUHq but considering it's size and how hard it works to do the job, it's sort of expected. I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!
