I agree that a Plaza would have been better. The building fronts have been neglected badly and need a spruce up. Maintain the original fronts for heritage which Ballarat is well known for. Make the rentals more affordable so shops stay open. Pride in the general appearance of all buildings in Ballarat needs to be boosted.

Please fix Fortune Street in Ballarat East. The speed limit is 80km per hour, its very unsafe to have school buses and other vehicles driving past kids at that speed trying to ride to school. There is no safe bike path or roadside curb. It is an accident waiting to happen.

The community is paying a lot for this redevelopment. Can the building owners be made the clean their shop fronts. Many are crumbling or covered in moss and bird poo.

Good video about Wendouree needs more focus on it the bus stops, there are the old types which constantly get smashed and the council hardly does anything about it, there isn't even any CCTV on any of the bus stops or proper lighting.
