Hervorragende Aufführung Marc Bouchkov hat eine außergewöhnliche Kontrolle und gleichzeitig eine wunderbare Freiheit in seinem Spiel. Er versteht die Musik von Mendelssohn in einer Tiefe, wie man es extrem selten hören kann und verbindet dies mit einem enormen instrumentalen Können und das zusammen mit einem großartigen Orchester, + sehr kompetentem Dirigent über die man das gleiche nochmal sagen kann. Eine einzigartige Kombination. Danke!!

Cette production -- de grand intérêt -- a été reprise en décembre 2021 en Île-de-France (Massy, Versailles-Opéra Royal, Puteaux, Colombes, Yerres et Herblay). Pour l'apprécier à sa juste valeur, il serait nécessaire de la voir intégralement. Le présent commentaire concerne la production de 2021, reprise de celle de 2012. Tout d'abord la musique d'Hérold est une splendeur d'inventivité mélodique, rythmique et d'humour aussi (... le passage des fées s'affairant autour du berceau de la jeune Aurore, avec violon solo, est un moment hilarant ... on le doit à Hérold). Certains passages sont élégiaques, initiant la grande tradition du ballet romantique. Pour citer Hervet Niquet "La Belle au bois dormant de Hérold est l’un des premiers ballets classiques à pointes et à tutus du répertoire français. Il fixera le genre jusqu’au XXe siècle. Alors attention, c’est une œuvre à respecter car l’orchestre y est brillant, l’histoire de Charles Perrault envoûtante et les rythmes des danses enivrant. Je vous le dis : UN MONUMENT HISTORIQUE.". Le conte de Charles Perrault est restitué parfaitement par Shirley & Dino. Quant aux danseurs de Philippe Lafeuille, dans un registre tout autre naturellement qu'à l'opéra de Paris, ils sont extrêmement musiciens ... À noter une restitution de la technique des pointes (qui n'a rien ici de parodique, elle est réalisée avec maestria) et stupéfie !. ... Hommage à Marie Taglioni créatrice du rôle d'Aurore. Un bijou du patrimoine et un grand merci pour cette résurrection.
