@@unfoldingreflections well Hanna some would see it as a nihilistic belief, but I’m just being honest about what I feel, I’ve read the bible cover to cover apart from numbers, I’ve read the Koran and bagvagita, so always open to believing there’s a metaphysical world, but the older you get the less you believe, I have a masters in psychology from 30 years ago, and I believe self affirmation and certain beliefs is psychology. You seem to have other awareness, but as you say, if it serves then you’ve found your way. Tk care Hanna 👊

Could you clarify what you're referring to in regards to motivation? I believe life is art and I'm a creator having a temporary human experience. I believe there is a grand cosmos/ God/ universal energy that moves me through it and I get to delight and play along the way. I get to feel certain energies as emotions and make stories about what that means. I get to go on walks and see far away places to bring back stories to tell others that we don't have to be trapped in a prison of our mind - but that we are the whole universe dancing with itself. Hope that clarifies 🤣🤣

@@unfoldingreflections what do I believe. ?? Just that we’re evolved. And not very much judging by the way humans are behaving towards other humans. It’s a sick world. I used to be an artist. I stopped 20 years ago. Just idleness and complacency If you look in my community page you’ll see a couple of my paintings. But they were just portraits. I did loads of others. I wish I had ure fascination with existence.

@@unfoldingreflections yeah I understand the rabbit hole thing I have an honours in psychology and understand many theories but still find it difficult to control unwanted thoughts. I sometimes wish I was a dog or a cat life is so much easier for animals.

Perhaps it's less about controlling the thought... and allowing it to loose it's importance to you, gentle detachment from the story of the mind - it's all just programming after all! I'm sure we have an inner animal state, childlike state that experiences life in ease and surprise - that's where I'm going these days!!!@@gregprice103
