Thank you so much, Bro. I hear clunking noise from the fork assembly whenever I am hitting a bump. I asked my mechanic, he says everything is fine and will take care of the issue during restoration. He is not ready to work on the bike unless I am doing restoration, but I don't have budget for it now. I will see if I can remove the fork assembly and see if the groove is damaged.
Clunking noise may caused due to freeplay in fork t stem.check that first and adjust for no freeplay

In or out doesn't matter.if first plate sharp edge placed inner means all other plates sharp edge should be placed inner

Sir, one screw was broken while tighting...the clutch pressure plate ( screw which has spring in it.) Will the clutch work without one screw...i mean only with the three screw??
No the clutch will not work properly with only 3 screws

The middle kicker pinion is in the wrong position, the flat side of the middle pinion is to face outside.

Bro in my video I showed the Reed valve for 100 cc.for 135 cc the Reed valve design will be slightly different as the volume of air fuel mixture sucked will be higher for 135 cc and the cylinder port for 135 cc is not same as 100 cc .up to my knowledge if 135 Reed valve used in 100 cc, engine will show rich condition, performance issues ,mileage drop......
