I never knew of this station until last year. I’ve been wanting to take an Amtrak trip to Parris Island, but I can’t help but feel that once I get off at Yemassee (which is closest), I’d be stranded without a safe ride into the Beaufort/ Parris Island area hotels.😕 It’s sad because it looks like an interesting place to visit. Semper Fi! I am a Marine and my son as well.😊🇺🇸

if I'm mistaken the German special forces GSG9 who were formed after the Munich Olympic massacre trained Irish defence forces elite. Plus the SLA pro - Israeli and not recognised by the Lebanese government killed most of the Irish troops as well. but... jesus what pisses me off they were not allowed fire back.? is that true or just a myth.

hugh mc nicholl the first rangers 1960 era i believe, were US trained to US Army Ranger standard. The next generation so to speak in the 80’s had to up their game and follows an SAS/SASR/SASNZ/Delta style program.
Boxing Action that’s true they were peace keepers, they wouldn’t return fire against Israel soldiers, because they were UN peace keepers. And if they had fired back Israel’s troops would have wiped them out, because they didn’t like them.because they were monitoring the bad behaviour against the local people as per there mission.

Shit pay?? Mate the members of ARW are on anything but shit pay, I've heard they're on anything from 80-100k a year, if you get into ARW you are minted, free health care, dental the works...

They were on a British Army jungle course in Belize with other SF forces and conventional. They won the FT-ex.
IDF have never used the L85 A2 for any operations ..
