I have a 2010 and I checked all my relays and fuses and the blinkers work but just the headlights don't come on and the bulbs are also new. I just received my new switch like this one. Do u think this is the issue and we're u having the same problem?

Can a faulty coolant temp sensor cause my plastic coolant can to overflow and boil like crazy!?.. I just switched the thermostat and the fuses for cooling fan are fine.. My cooling fan has been coming off and on at the most random times.. so im just trying to self diagnose everything..

Is this the same as the oil temp sensor? I can’t find any info for this engine on it

I finally got my 94 back running but my serpentine belt is starting to fray since I have to replace it should I replace all the moving parts while I have some in there like the tensioner, pulley etc . I was getting all acdelco parts

I have a '95 4WD Suburban and just installed a dash skin about two weeks ago. I'm also in DFW, and the heat does take its toll. My original dash wasn't in too bad of shape...large crack down the middle and the three screw mounts were also cracked and no longer held the dash in place. I first used window caulking to close the large crack stop the rattling, but it didn't look very good, and had one smaller crack along the lip of the dash. I first dry fitted the dash skin to check the fit, then removed it and applied the silicone RTV per the instructions...went in like a charm and really makes a difference in the look of the truck, plus no more vibrations and rattling. If someone is goi g to look at buying a dash skin,I'd recommend getting a second tube of the silicone RTV...I used almost both entire tubes. The only thing I had to 'fix' was to dremel a tiny bit off the dash skin where the fuse cover pops in...fuse cover kept popping off...made a little shave and all is good. Great product...highly recommend Dask Skin. The color match (tan) was perfect. Don't know about your screw mounts...mine just fit into place like the factory and the screws went right in.

What tools did you need exactly for the change. Never done an operation on my car myself and trying to keep cost sown

Good evening I need to replace both of those also. But can't tell you the name, but this one is located on right side on the corner. Plus got to replace harness also cuz it burnt up against manifold exhaust. I have exact car, just 95 year. I really need to get with you cuz I have a few more questions

Ok I fixed the fast flashers., bad ground on the pigtail sockets. On the truck release I can hear the relay click when I press the release switch on both the remote and the switch on the dash. I also get 12 volts to the solenoid when I press them. So I need a new release solenoid. I can't find a new one listed anywhere.

It doesn't appear to fit very well on the upper right side of the bezel. There's a gap. Is that temporary?

Great video. I have the same car and issue. Very helpful on getting started. The biggest challenge for me was removing the glass from the regulator. I ended up having to break the plastic holder. No way around it. I had to purchase a rivet gun to install some pieces that came with the panel. I also couldn’t save the speaker because it was also held in place with a rivet screw. The newer regulator doesn’t come with a screw to hold the glass. You basically snap it in and no screw and glue needed to hold it in place.

Great video and explanation. Unfortunately, the 3.6 l high feature engine is junk compared to the 3800 Series 3 which was discontinued.
