This just happened to us. Thank you for this video that doesn’t simply blame artists, especially when Spotify is absolutely unwilling to provide any information as to where these artificial streams supposedly came from. Makes me nervous even after I reupload because I don’t know how to stop this from happening again, but this video did give me confidence that it’s the only route.

Same thing happened to me today, Spotify tell me it was artificial streams however I never ever use any artifical streams, I just started to use discover mode almost 6 months ago, hopefully distrokid can check again my account this is really sad for people making music every day

We left our legacy 💯 even if it's for free. If you did a good enough job on your music. It may outlive you(you left your legacy) That's a big deal. Hope your able to get your problem resolved 🙋🏾

Hello. I have also been using DistroKid for a long time and got scammed today too. I recently opened a ticket because someone started an unauthorized collaboration with me. I contacted them directly and they wrote something completely wrong - everything didn't fit at all, so I simply left the ticket open. They closed it today on the 4th and all my money with my music is gone too. I can't believe over $15,000 would be waiting for me, over $2,100 of which is already payable. If I had known this 7 months ago I would never have used the service. Now the question is, should I take legal action against it or use the same method as the creator of the video did?

Could you please suggest a distributor thats reliable?
