Howdy! Fun video to watch. I also once raced at RCRC when I was a kid (RC10 gold pan....go figure). I'm 50 now, if that helps timeline things and currently live in NW Okc. I now have a new Pro2 SC10 that I bought RPM arms for. I'll wait to break the originals, but till then, at least I have stronger parts! I just recently sold my RC10 T4 that was in mint condition, so this is his new brother, even though the build isn't near the quality of the T4. I feel that I can learn a lot from your knowledge on these platforms. Thanks for sharing!

The drive shafts are great, losing was the first to come out with that style, then Traxxas and axial way later. I've never broke, twisted, or stripped any of them

I have the Proline Pro-2 Desert Buggy. It has been discontinued. I also have the Special edition Proline Ambush MT 4x4 Monster truck Roller which I'm kinda disappointed they discontinued because it is an indistrucatable beast. The only thing 1/10 comparable is the Tekno MT10. Glad I held onto mine and bought spare parts when I did. You're lucky to have found that one. It's pretty cool.

You don’t have to plug the holes. You can use a valley cover for the 4.8. You can save money though if you plug holes and use the AFM cover.

My 1993 4×4 Mazda pickup keep the 4×4 light switch on , I push it off, but I don't know if I have to disconnect it or do what your doing in your video to the mazda your working on.

"Always start your lugnuts by hand." Truer words have never been spoken. Good philosophy to live by. I love the concept of an MPG gain project... I am wondering if you plan on switching tires during your project in search of improvements? I love those (what looks like) BFGoodie K02's etc but a more street friendly tire will definitely increase mileage. That being said, I don't know if you need to keep a more on/off road friendly tread pattern or not. Just food for thought. Thanks for the great video!

For the Fiero community, I'd lean more towards fiberglass. The market for high end parts in the community is a bit limited
