Doomsday: Last Survivors Turbo Micro Healing With Emulator Macros 60-120K++ Healed / Hour
For this you need the game running under an emulator, such as

If you have an Apple device, no idea, maybe pay someone to click for you?
They all offer a macro/operation/action recorder and playback.
They are also all as dumb as a bag of rocks and you need to set them up and record them with thought and precision. If anything doesn't end up in the right place it all goes to sh*t!
The set up is to get the game in the same state at the beginning of the operation as it is at the end, so it will then loop with no issue.
Choose a quantity of troops that always gets healed by the alliance assists in a short amount of time.
In my experience, with T6, anything over about 2 hours will not be fully healed by all 30 assists.
You need to find a good balance between speed and efficiency. 1000 is good, 1500 or maybe 1700.
Make sure you have enough loose resources to heal all the troops.
You can make the loop faster but only if you are 100% sure it will completely heal all the troops in that time.

Just to keep @ThatPandeGuy happy, its quicker to switch between 2 different zombies, than hit retreat. You just need enough stamina to cover both attacks and ideally enough 5x cards (ie 10) Whatever works best for you! Use 24,000 Stamina without actually using 24,000 Stamina. wouldnt it be ok with just 60% and then do 3 big stars and 3 little stars? its so risky trying to go for 80% for no reason at all, 48% will still reach 4 stars. just anther tip, just dont know if it works on gold units, but for purple and below it does
For legendaries you need 500 + 1500 + 5000 points to upgrade from 1 star to 4 stars. 3 medium and 3 large give 7200 if you critical with 75% chance. If you just use 4 medium and 2 large you have a 90% chance to critical but it only gets you 6400 points, which is not enough points, even if you get it to 99% of the way to 2 stars. If you have the XP you can get to 2 star and at least 10% of the way to 3 star, then you can use 4 medium and 2 large for a 90% chance to get to 4 star in one go. Elite heroes need fewer points, 500 + 1000 + 5000 to get to 4 star, you can get to 20% towards 2 stars, then 4 medium and 2 large to get 90% chance of 4 stars in one go.

wish i could keep myself from rambling and just make short informative videos like this.
I have one cheese that might be useful to newbies. You can trick the stamina counter in an event to go up, by >marching your squad to the target (i.e. zombies) >before it reaches the target, retreat the squad >before it reaches home, march the squad again. This will ensure stamina is refunded everytime, so you can just keep marching and retreating until stamina counter reaches its goal.

Only for secondary heroes? Wouldn't it be beneficial for all heroes? Or can't you level them up anymore when you jump from 1 to 4 stars? I don't understand (sorry, still a noob)
Not "only" for secondary heroes, but with secondary heroes the only thing that matters is the rank and the skills. So you can make a level 10 hero with all skills unlocked and maybe awakened. You don't waste loads of XP getting them to level 30 to achieve the same effect.

Hi, for purple heros you can use 2 Large and 4 Medium which gives a 90% chance. Not sure if this gives enough points to level a gold hero though.

No its so you select a certain order of stars if you just add random stars you'll go up to rank 2 or 3 in the first star jump not unlocking all the way upto 4 on level 10 where as you might have to get to level 30 to have a chance to do it again
