Hallo, schön, dass du meinen Kanal gefunden hast. Ich bin Angie, eine autodidaktische Schmuckdesignerin und -herstellerin. In meinen Tutorials geht es um die Kunst der Herstellung von Drahtschmuck mit natürlichen Materialien wie Glas und Halbedelsteinen. Wenn du diese Techniken beherrschst, kannst du eine Fülle von tragbaren Schmuckstücken für den persönlichen Gebrauch, als Geschenk oder sogar für kommerzielle Zwecke herstellen.
Für die Projekte, die ich vorstelle, sind keine besonderen Fähigkeiten oder Vorkenntnisse erforderlich.

Material: You can use copper, brass, or gold-filled wires if you'd like. You could also use aluminum for practice, but I don't recommend it, as it's very soft and aluminum can be absorbed through the skin. I only use it for practice with gloves and for demonstration purposes.

What gauge wire is this, the length you cut and what size ring did it turn out to be?
Hi, thanks for your comment. The wire is 40 cm long, 1 mm thick for a ring size 7. I used coated aluminum to demonstrate the technique. The wire you use must not be too hard. Angie

How fun excited to try this one or something very similar-do you recommend the thicker gauge wire for this particular ring or do you think thinner gauge like 18 gauge would work well also?
The wire must have good stability so that it is not easily hidden when worn. Just try it out, the hammering also makes it a bit more stable.
