RV wall, looking normal (2-3 mm) in PLAX and PSAX views, looks in subxiphoid view very very often, if not allmost allways, thicker (3-4 mm) and sometimes thickened (5-6 mm). The thickness of the RV wall from different views is thus newer, !!! NEWER !!! , the same in the same patient. Why nobody, !!!NOBODY !!! , even mentios it ???!!! May be, because it is not polite?
