I have never heard such rubbish in all of my life - warm the chain up! BMW don't say that, they calculate how much extra movement there will be when in use, they give you figures to adjust it when cold knowing that there might be expansion. Talk about spreading fake news on the internet.

All WD-40 will do is attract dust and dirt and make a mess.

You don’t have to disconnect the fuel line. You can replace the spark plug by disconnecting the harness to the spark plug boot and the harness to the tank. That’s it.

The flywheel puller is M30 x 1.0. the BMW puller is not in the states or germany as BMW dealers said. Just get another one using the measurements i provided. Also, to reiterate, "custom" cover guide pins are m6x1.0 100mm. You can also use a long allen key (m9) as a TDC locating pin. Although you CAN still order the locating pin (110 515) for $20 pick up, or $35 shipped from BMW.

One les tooth on the back sprocket would do it, your on the rev limiter.
