The more you look at exosomes and viruses, the more they look alike. Profiteering quacks don't want you to know that the vast majority of viruses and bacteria are healthy, not deadly. It is protectionism and profit motive that are keeping the FDA from embracing exosome therapy, because the are very cheap to produce, thus low in profit compared to more damaging complex pharmaceuticals. Scientists and doctors are mere profiteering kooks and quacks unless can admit that the FDA and medical doctors know next to nothing about exosomes. The medical establishment had no aware ness of exosomes, a very important aspect of immunology, until the 1980s. Medical doctors still have a very poor sense of immunology, and have insufficient expertise, thus no basis to deny therapeutic effects of naturally occurring exosomes. Why is the FDA hiding most information about exosomes? Why do viruses look more and more like exosomes when you look at them closer?
