It's not as pretty as it looks. The city is dirty and has no infrastructure. Bad restaurants.

My girlfriend and I just recently purchased a 2000 sqm lot on the southern part of this beautiful Island, were hoping to build our retirement home in about 4 to 5 years, my Girlfriend is from Iloilo originally and recommends to visit this very nice island, a proposed bridge is in the works making it much easier to get to this island and then eventually a bridge stretching all the way to Cebu City so if you can afford to purchase some land now it will increase big time in a few years.
