What a stupid development. It's so goddamn far from Tacoma, crappy tract houses. I guess it's familiar to all the Californians moving here.
Most people who are from this area are against Ten Trails development. Our beautiful forest was destroyed. Elk, deer and so many animals' home was destroyed. Now they just bulldozed more of the forest. It's really sad when this happens when the community is against it.
Do you own the land ? No. Then you have no right to complain about someone else building on their own land. If you like the country so much why don’t you move to Sekui

Hi Lauren! This particular home is not available anymore, but if you like the builder and style of the home, they have other available in Ten Trails, ranging from about $795,000 to $1.5 million.

Why do some homes have decimal bathrooms? How does that work? I'm British and have never heard of that until looking into this region.
Great question! A “full” bathroom includes a toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink and counts as 1 bathroom. A “half-bath” is just a toilet and sink, and counts as 0.5. A “three-quarter” bath would typically be a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower with no bathtub. So by adding up the different bathroom types, we end up with these odd numbers. A typical 2-story house might have a half-bath downstairs, and two full bathrooms upstairs, hence the 2.5 bathrooms.
