I am an 80-year-young witness to all of that well known information, as I have lived it almost all of my life. I cycle daily on a smart roller with my 4 bikes and FulGaz software. I was in Seattle yesterday. Belgium the day before. It’s my life.

I cycle for 1 hour 30mins between 23:00 & 01:30. Country dark roads are fairly empty of traffic and one can see headlights shining from behind and hear everything. I love the night. Whether it does me any good I have no idea! I just like the night having aften worked night shift or worked at home through the night. Smells and everything are different. I do not believe in 'strange' cycling clothing and wear a peaked cap which keeps away the wretched full beams.
Pineapple, mango, and Apple will he in 😂my next shopping list .

My PT recommended cycling as continued therapy for my knee issues as the doctors didn’t want to do a second surgery. Best thing I’ve ever did.
Cycling is not only an exercise but it is life style and makes you really healthy and strong not mentally but also physically. Because of being Diabetic, I tried both exercises, walking and cycling as an experiment to see the difference and effectiveness to my Blood Sugar levels. I did this experiment 4 months long for each exercise. I discovered that one hour of walking was less effective than one hour cycling.
We would sure get rid of ALOT of the diseases out there if we all consumed onions on a daily basis!!!! ALOT of the diseases would become extinct!! Sure, not all diseases out there would be extinct, but probably half of them would!!!😊

Besides, as you fast for several days you eliminate cancer cells, you generate huge amounts of growth hormone, your testosterone levels rise up to the roof, your kidneys and intestines as well as your liver detoxify like you've never done before, your arteries decalsify, you become alkaline therefore you stop inflammation in all your organs and body in general... Etcétera, etcétera. So My advice is to investigate before you swallow any cheap shit like this video... Study, research and then come to your own conclusions
