A wolf in sheep's clothing, purchasing the park to strip it clean of its assets, sell them off for a profit, and then likely redevelop the lakefront property into high end housing & etc And why isn't there some kind of landmark protection or zoning law for the park land in order to prevent this? Why wasn't Blue Streak itself declared a landmark? The ride dated back to the 30's! This same scenario almost took place in NYC's Coney Island, until the people voiced their outrage and new zoning laws for entertainment purposes only were enacted for the fabled beach front amusement area. As well as landmark status for certain rides & concessions (Cyclone, Wonder Wheel, Parachute Jump, Nathan's Famous, etc) there, some dating back to the 20's! The city then signed a deal with Italian ride manufacturer "ZAMPERLA" who took over operations of the amusement grounds and brought in many of their rides and coasters in addition to the legacy attractions already there. This was so successful that the city gave them a new longer lease renewal to operate. Farewell Conneaut, it was a good run.

Great video lots of helpful information and good walkthrough of the waterpark. Looks fun! I personally don’t like waiting in long lines so I’m sure in the summer the shortest lines are probably 10min to 1 hr long lines for the more fun family rides. 😢

I've been a member for about 10 years now and still haven't been to Hurricane Harbor. The coasters look gigantic from inside the water park. Pretty cool views.

I have a question about the water slides, how deep are the pools at the end of them? I'm totally going in June but I can't really swim so I'd like to know if I have to worry about the pools at the end of rides

I’m so excited as we are flying to Florida later this year and I’m really looking forward to going to Discovery Cove, as I’m disabled but being there will be great for me as I can pretty much travel around the park through most of the water park and I won’t have to worry about getting on to my wheelchair 👨🏻‍🦽✈️🇺🇸

Sorry for being so late but my parents are thinking about going and 2024 and date one June 8th and June 9th!

We are going to Florida this August and hopefully we will be going to Discovery Cove as a special extra, as I’m disabled so I’m looking forward to being in the water amongst the dolphins and the fish 🐠🦈✈️🇺🇸

WoW...My family vacationed there somewhere in the 1966-68 years. I was around 10 years old. We stayed in one of the rental cottages houses that the locals used to rent.....across from the lake. I still remember exactly what that midway looked like back then. I had in my mind that somehow it would still look the same...even though it's 50 years later...obviously it doesn't, and that's sad. It's still one of my best remembered memories from my pre-teen youth, though. I'll never forget that week there!
