Today I wanted to share what I do with all my extra eggs. It's easy to store them in the freezer for future use and really helps out when your hens aren't laying as much in the winter. Please Note: The consistency of the eggs will change when it thaws out. The eggs become thicker when they are frozen and thawed out, but they will cook the same as a freshly cracked eggs.

Very cute. My dogs are too prey driven and they eat chicken for dinner. I wish I could make the dogs vegetarian 😅
My citronella is spindly... so it doesn't stand up???
You can try to hold it in place with a stake
Hi Stacey, thank you for your channel and all the information you share. I am writing to see if you have advice for troubleshooting dark spots on Euphorbia (I think Trigona) and Aloes. I think I overwatered but didnt notice root rot when transplanting... I had a few aloes that had scales and lost a fittonia to snails so I'm unsure if I'm dealing with pests that I don't recognize or what... Aside from the dark dots, the remaining Euphorbia and Aloe plants seem healthy to me... Thank you in advance and thank you again for your channel!
Are the dark spots removable or do they seem to be appearing within the fleshy leaves themselves. If it's in the actual leaf and doesn't come off, it's probably black spot which is a type of fungal disease. In my experience plants seem to really struggle with it and it's hard to get rid of, although its possible. It is very contagious to other plants so be mindful when handling or placing anything near it. I usually treat fungal diseases with neem oil or i use hydrogen peroxide, it takes a while for a plant to recover and grow out of it. I'm hoping it's not black spot, but it's the only thing I can think of. Could it be sunburn maybe? It's hard to tell without a photo. You can send a picture to my email staceyherewegrowagain@yahoo.com if you want and I can try to help you further 😉
When using hydrogen peroxide, use it very diluted. I only put a few drops in a gallon jug. You can look up the ratios online. I usually eyeball it so it's hard to give you an exact measurement. For neem oil, just follow the instructions on the label for the brand your using.
@@StaceyHerewegrowagain That would be wonderful, thank you so much! I'll snap a few good pics and email you. The spots dont seem removable (I tried with alcool with a painbrush like you did in that video) and the roots seemed fine to me but I'm still a beginner. I do have neem oil but I did kill my fittonia while treating it against snails so I'm unsure if I didnt mix proper (made a too strong solution) or if the neem oilI have isnt for plants 🤷♂️ 🤦♂️😅
@@BeauRenard-q3x neem oil can be tricky especially if your new to using it. If it's applied in the sun or if Temps are above 85°f and there's a lot of heat in the air, it can damage plants quickly. There are certain measures you can take to try to avoid it, but that comes with experience and trial and error, for your type of climate and conditions. My suggestion would be for now, to treat using the hydrogen peroxide solution, I use 1-2 teaspoons per gallon of water. Or you can use a few drops of hydrogen peroxide per 32 oz sprayer.. you can water the soil with it and the plant will take it up through the roots to the leaves and help prevent any fungal diseases. (Water only when it's needed, try not to overwater as this will increase the chances of diseases and root rot). I do this monthly just to keep diseases at bay for all my plants. With smaller plants that aren't established yet, I'd dilute the hydrogen peroxide a little more until the plant becomes established. You can apply a little bit of hydrogen peroxide with a paintbrush to the Black spots on the leaves. That'll help to get it from the outside. It'll take a few weeks for your plant to bounce back but it's possible with proper treatment. Sometimes there's not much we can do and the plant ends up perishing anyway. It's all a good learning experience. I'm here if you need any more help. It does sound like it's black spot disease 😕
I have a problem! Underneath her bottom leaves are several tiny little green things. If they are more baby plants, won't they fall away and die when I try to repot?
They might get damaged if handled too roughly. You'll have to be very ginger when repotting one with such tiny babies. You can also wait until they get a little bigger if your afraid of damaging the baby plants. It's ultimately up to you when your making decisions for your plants 😊
Usually my succulents do pretty well when repotting with baby's starting to emerge. I just handle them carefully and try not to disturb anything too much, except for tickling the very bottom of the roots, leaving the sides in tact. This just helps the sucuclent adjust to the new pot. I know many people that repot with baby's. They will eventually end up growing back if they do fall off.. succulents are extremely resilient with the exception of a few.
Im agriculture students I love crops ❤
My saskatoon berry plant is getting a double whammy... june bugs are munching on the good leaves and rust on the bottom leaves... poor thing... im.not sure if its salvageable... ill try to get it healthy... wish me luck
Good morning 🌞 I’m new to your channel 😁 and I found this video to be very helpful 😇 and… of course I subscribed to your channel this morning 😁🙌🙌😁
I actually started leaving the peas and beans on the plant until they are almost dried. Then I finish drying them in a container or strainer. Much easier and the seeds are more viable that way. I'm so happy you found this helpful and joined my channel. I really appreciate your support so I can keep making these videos 😊
Yes ma'am
So cute snd a fun project
Frenchies are so adorable 😍 how many do you have
Yes they are! 🤗 We have 2 girls right now. We did have a male named Bam Bam which you can see in my short videos on my channel. I have quite a few videos of him on there. We just had to put him down in March due to cancer and it's been a tough adjustment but we're getting through.
Aww, I am sorry about your loss of Bam Bam, cancer socks. They are never with us long enough ❤
@@cindyleblond182 Thank you. I would have to agree, they are never with us long enough. The girls are definitely keeping us occupied and loved. We're all getting through it together. He was the best dog human ever and no one will ever be able to replace him. He was so so smart, and I know everyone says that about their dog, and I'm sure it's true, but bam bam was so different and so special in many many ways and was so in tuned to everything going on. He will be missed always. Thanks for being such a great support to my channel. It's always great talking with you 😉 I hope you are doing well 🙏
What kind of plant is that ❤

Hi lady, I sure do miss you a ton!
Hey there! I was just thinking of you! 💕 I miss you girls too! 🫂
This is scaring me
Thanks for the help.
this video is almost 5 years old but i also got the same plant for like 2 months i also have dragon fruit since the flower looks so similar i thaugh it will fruit but it didnt but i opened the flower and found seeds so i pollenated it and it fruit it looked similar to dragon fruit so i searched it up if it was edible and found this thank god its edible it looks so tasty thabk u so much for this video
Yes, they are edible, although they don't taste very good to me lol. Kind of taste like a small dragon fruit. My recommendation would be to not eat any fruit from any cactus plant if it's been treated or fed with synthetic nutrients or chemicals. You would be ingesting that if you don't flush your soil out before consuming the fruit. (Flushing out a plant is just running a lot of water through it, several times during a week period till it drains vigorously out of the bottom. That flushes the nutrients out of the soil. Flushing is hard on cactus, because they don't like staying wet for too long). If you want to eat the fruit on your cactus, I would recommend sticking with organic nutrients that are safe to consume like blood meal, bone meal, eggshells, earthworm castings or organic granual fertilizers. Those are all safe to use on the plant as its growing, this way when you eat the fruit there are no chemicals in it. Does that make sense? I tried to explain it the best I could.
Tee hee 😁😁🌵🌵
They're so much fun to hang out with 🥰
Do you have a video on how to plant the seeds and what you do with the sunflower head? What happens to the sunflower plants? I'm sorry I've never planted sunflowers before sunflowers before
They are such cute 🥰🥰
I have a French bulldog named Sissy she loves her bones
What kind of soil do you use
For oregano I like to use any potting mix that's well draining. I like Burpee organic potting mix and use it a lot, but I also like to use miracle gro, foxfarm, kellog, and black gold potting mix at times too depending on what's available at the time.
Hi Stacey! Thank you for doing this video. My Citronella is only about 2 months old, I bought it from Lowes. Actually, I bought 2. When you say before the mosquitoes come out, to spray the plant, I'm assuming just with a spray bottle and plain water. We have well water with many minerals, so usually as long as I remember to water them, my plants do well. You told me how to propagate, which I need to do soon, they are very leggy already. I'm really just not sure about how often to water and the spraying. Thanks again for a great video. I live in Tennessee 7b.
I water when the soil is almost dry but I don't let it dry out completely because it'll cause the leaves to droop and stress it. It likes a well draining moist soil medium but not overly saturated as it can cause a mushy stem. As for spraying the plant down, yes, with water, you want to be careful not to do this too often because keeping the leaves wet too often can cause diseases. You can just rub against the plant without spraying the leaves down if you want and it'll have the same effect. I just take a piece of leaf and rub it on my body, or I rub the plants leaves gently with my hands, like petting it almost to release the scent within the leaves. This is pretty effective. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
I saw my chicken running away with a load of ants once 😁🌿
Not the music😂😂😂😂😂
I just had to lol
Hello, I have a cactus that when I reverse image search says it is a thimble cactus or mammilaria gracilis oruga. I see no green. It looks like a bunch of white puffballs and was spliced onto a vertically growing cactus when my mom originally got it. That part had long died so I cut it off where I knew it woud be dry & thought if I put the white thing on soil it would grow. That has not happened. Can I ask you for some help?
Excellent Stacey 😎We've got freezer bags full of homegrown strawberries at the moment, they'll be coming to an end soon.

So happy I could help 🤗 I'm always here if you need anything 😉
You’ve given good tips. I’m wondering if my mammoth sunflower is ready to harvest. As it was being filled in by the pollinators, it deformed the perfect round shape. It’s all filled in now, but I saw a pollinator near it. It has been drooping down while still being pollinated, but it stayed in that position as though it’s looking down at my big orange pumpkin constantly. It has been days now since it stopped following the sun. So, I’m unsure. But I do know for sure that I need to check it no later than today thoroughly to see if it needs to be cut down.
Hey Stacy, i dropped my pot and the whole plant just fell off. I dont see any roots on them, how can i revive my plant?
I would plant it in a good well draining succulent and cactus soil wait to water until roots start to grow.
Dumb music trying to learn how to cook tomato sauce not listen to a stupid country jam
How much sunlight do you suggest they get each day? And direct sunlight or no?
Yes, at least 6 to 8 hrs
Thank you SO MUCH for teaching me to trim off that top node so it will bush out more!!!! I appreciate you taking the time to make this video ❤
I just watched your video repotting shamrocks from 4yrs ago. How much soil did you add to the top of the plant?
Enough to cover the rhizomes 😊 About an inch
Fabulous, Thank you
Thank you so much for telling me exactly what a needed to know- without a 20 minute tutorial. ❤
Your welcome 😊 Glad I could help! This was actually the very first video I shared on my channel.. I do things a bit different now but the same methods still apply. I seperate them from the mother plant and plant them by themselves. I just wait for the offshoots to get a little bigger before separating them.. let them dry for a day or 2 and plant them in succulent soil with added drainage material. I like to put a thin layer of bonsai jack rocks on top to avoid rot. I've noticed my hens and chicks do a lot better when the leaves are not sitting directly on top of the soil.
Wow. Thank you so much for this info! My plant is growing very Chaotic and crazy. This was SO INFORMATIVE!! Going now to trim and propagate my plant!!!! 👏🏽
Your welcome!
