i have a old deck its not integrated is it worth replacing bearings or just cut my loses and buy a need scooter? the bearing cups which the bearing fit are also damaged. Can you but new ones when i buy new bearings.
Given that your cups are damaged it's highly likely that new bearings wouldn't fix your issue or even fit for that matter. If you need further assistance please feel free to email us with a picture of your deck to info@scooterhut.com.au
Do you need a headset for a scooter?
A headset is a necessary part of all scooters.
Hi so I my clamp doesn't fit onto my fork but if I take a different form I doesn't fit onto my bar any help?
Hi there, please email our customer care team at info@scooterhut.com.au with a list, video, or photo's of the parts you are trying to use together.
great video. thank you
You're most welcome!
Does the HIC compression ring come with the HIC kit
Hi there, unfortunately we are out of stock for this component, however upon checking I can see it does not.
I'm 6ft 5 and wanting to ride park and street. going for 5.7in x 22in deck. and 28inch bars. think this should be good?
Hi There, The scooter that you are looking at has a deck size more fitted for street use than park. However, due to your height, it will better suit you. With the bar, it depends on where the height will come up to on your body. If the 28 inch bars will fall within the golden spot as described, than the scooter will be perfect! If you have any further questions or want any further assistance, you can contact our customer support team at info@scooterhut.com.au. Warm regards, The Scooter Hut Team.
@@ScooterHutTV thank you for the reply, appreciate it
This is ridiculous, you're not even greasing the bearings, but just the casings. You need to pull the bearing casing apart to expose the actual ball bearings. Then clean the bearings before regreasing them, them being the actual ball bearings before then rebuilding the casings back to how it was before. Cartridge bearings are called sealed cartridge bearings for a reason, they're SEALED. So greasing the outside of them only serves to insure that they won't get stuck in the cups, but won't do much in the effort to actually lubricate the ball bearings themselves which is the whole point. Learn how to do something completely and correctly yourself before trying to teach others how to do it, that way we'll have less idiots causing mayhem on the roads.
Hi There, It's great to hear that you are passionate about the scooters! The team are well informed on the bearings and how to properly grease them. Thank you for the feedback. If you'd like to inform us further, our customer care team can be contacted at info@scooterhut.com.au. Kind regards, The Scooter Hut Team.
@@ScooterHutTV My comment, though public, was meant more for the individual in this video, and more importantly, anyone watching it that would be inclined to believe that what he was doing achieved any lasting benefit for his poor unfortunate headset. However, I’m glad to know that someone involved with this video is so well informed. Shame that the individual in question was not. I hope you have a wonderful evening, Mr/Ms ScooterHutTV.
Lmao got no chance
I've had the top speed on mine at 53kmph
Hi There, WOW! How did you manage to get to such a high speed? Scooter Hut Customer Care.
I have used my climber for the past 2 weeks. Even in a blizzard. Battery range is poor in the cold but otherwise a solid scooter! Looking forward to warmer westher here in MN. (USA)
Hi Erik, We're stoked to hear that the scooter has been solid! The warmer weather should definitely bring on some better experiences, and we hope the E-Scooter continues to provide you with a good ride! Warm regards, Scooter Hut Customer Care.
Do you generally use the same grease for wheel bearings? I saw several people swear by 3 in 1 for wheel bearings. They said it's a good grease because it's medium weight, so not too heavy or too light.
Hey there! Using the same grease for scooter headset and skatepark scooter wheel bearings isn't ideal. Headset bearings endure rotational forces, while wheel bearings face harsher conditions with dirt and moisture. It's best to use specialized grease for wheel bearings, ensuring proper protection and longevity in skatepark environments. Regards, Scooter Hut Team
Just to add my experience. I got about 55-60 km on a single charge. Average speed about 15km/h (including stop lights), but spent most of the riding time at 25km/h. I spend 90% of my time in D mode and i weigh 100 kg. So I'm pushing ot fairly hard. Also, i think he was confused about the battery bars. The scooter has 5 bars. So when he says he has 3 bars left, he's actually lost 2 bars, not 1.
Thanks for your feedback!
Does this scooter have regen braking?
@@ScooterHutTV Hm, that's strange. Someone in another comment section told me it has regen braking. Also, according to Fluid Free Ride website, this has "Adjustable regenerative electric braking". I'm confused now. lol
@@AMP3083official Hi There, Those comments are right. That's our bad, we got that incorrect. Both the Wolf Warrior X Plus and X Pro have regenerative braking that are adjustable! Apologies again. Kind regards, Scooter Hut customer care,
Should i buy apollo air 2023 or the segway G30p max ? I need some thing reliable and maintenance free . Thanks
We would suggest going with the Apollo air as it provides a sturdier build as well as having newer technology! The air is also has an IP66 Water and dust resistance rating which trumps the Segway which would imply the Apollo range more maintenance free. If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to let me know! Kind Regards, Scooter Hut
Hey there, Can I ask a few questions to determine the right scooter for you? What weight will you be loading the scooter at? What distances do you intend on travelling? Are there any inclines on your journey?
@@ScooterHutTV hi Ans 1 - The weight on the scooter will b approximately 90 kg. (198lbs ) Ans2- distance is like approximately 25 kilometres one way . Ans 3 - no there are not intense inclines as i live on plains area.
@@kiratp1221 Both will provide a great experience! The segway will provide a further distance of 65km and since you are travelling a fair distance one way it would be better in this instance to leverage motor power with distance for stress free riding. It seems that the segway would be a better fit for your case, however if you'd like a little bit of extra power with the added benefit of front suspension, I would lean more toward the Apollo. I hope this helps!
@@ScooterHutTV thanks I appreciate it.
Tossing up between a dual motor full suspension scooter and equivalent priced, large wheel unicycle. I think the City Pro comes out on top in terms of value and features. But climbing or decending stairs and getting air at 40km/h, the unicycle is the obvious choice. Hmmm....
Hi Andrew, It definitely depends on your needs and how often you will be commuting in areas with stairs and other inclines! Whilst the City Pro has some incredible features, it only has a maximum hill climb of 20 degrees and is not built to be ridden on stairs. Does your commute contain a large amount of stairs? Kind regards, Scooter Hut Customer Care.
I’m struggling to drop in with the coping even on small ones
Hi Zach, as shown in the first slow-motion clip dropping in, you need to pull up and forward on the bars very slightly as you're dropping in to lift the back wheel up temporarily and pass over the coping. If you don't lift the back wheel as you fall into the ramp, that back wheel will clip the coping and may cause you to crash or bail. Keep practising, you will get it!! Progress at your own comfortable rate, don't rush things. As long as you continue riding and practicing, nothing will stop you getting better, whether that's fast or slow, you got this! :) - Tom, Scooter Hut Customer Care

Anyone know what one of these would be worth these days? Original, minimal damage
Very helpful. Thanks
I got mine this week. Built for Seattle. I am happy beyond words to find a quality dual motor that focuses on torque instead f speed. The build quality, regen breaking and app are next level.
Hi There, We're so happy to hear that you are enjoying the quality of the dual motor!! I hope it remains a great ride for you. Scooter Hut Customer Care.
Hi, does it have cruise control?
Hi There! Yes, it does. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions:) Scooter Hut Customer Care.
I love mine. I'm heavier than I should be but the climber doesn't care. It crushes the local hills for a trip to the shops. 🛴🤘👍

We are here to support our Customers in every way we can. While we don’t have the size of the freestyle range we once had, we still have a range of over 300 pro scooters and pro scooter parts and work closely with our partners to ensure we have a competitive offer.
@@ScooterHutTV can i ask why you have moved on?
@@willfraser1862 As the industry is ever changing we have had to evolve with it, electronic scooter endeavours were and are inevitable as a scooter company if we are going to continually maintain a competitive edge with other local and national scooter companies!
@@ScooterHutTV i respect that but why not be the company that stands out from the rest? Idk u know more than I do..
Also, would you not be better off cutting down on the lower quality retail pro scoots rather than removing some of your original products? Take your titanium bars for example, they where in a lot higher in demand than some of the more crappier products (respectfully) that you sold. (I mean no disrespect btw) 😃
When people mention the apollo city pro, do they just mean its the same thing as the apollo city dual motor?
Hi there, The Apollo City Pro does feature Dual 500w motors whereas the Apollo City has one rear 500w motor, I hope this helps! - Tom, Scooter Hut Customer Care
@@ScooterHutTV ok so yeah thats what I thought. Thank you Tom. Bought mine online today. Very excited for it to arrive.

I have the early bird release inmotion L9 front wheel drive model and I got about 32 mile range in a full charge in sport mode.
Most electric scooter ranges are tested on lower modes to maximise range capabilities whereas sports mode tends to use up more juice for a more thrilling, capable ride! happy riding :)
This steep hill he rode up, how does it compare to say the section of Ferry Rd Southport from the Shell servo to the lights, or from the roundabout on Cheltenham Dr in Robina to the Robina Parkway lights?... Any chance you can do a similar test with the Ninebot G2? Is there an upgrade option from Inmotion to add S1 suspension to The Climber?
We'd have to get back out on the road to answer your first two questions! as for suspension, the climber does not come with any upgradeable options unfortunately!
@@ScooterHutTV I don't think the G2 would make that distance lol.... for Q one I was more hoping not so much as a road test, but info from someone who knows those three hills - the one in your test, the one at Robina and the one at Southport.... Thanks anyways.
@@MisterReacts I'll ask around and see if anyone has tackled these hills! Thanks for your call yesterday afternoon I hope I was able to help in making your decision about the S1 or Climber!
@@ScooterHutTV Great call Thanks! Now to the hills, so, if you have a look at Google Maps Robina Scooter Hut, you'll see across the greenspace is a road called Aspendale Pl. A quick trip down the footpath, through the park and you are there. Let me tell you, that is a steep hill. Maybe steeper than the hills I mentioned. Well, the S1 got up that hill in D mode, albeit slower than eco mode will go. But it did it..... BUT.... the Climber got up that hill at 24kph! WOWserrs, that has some torque... sure I felt the footpath joints a tad more on the Climber than the S1 obviously, but not enough as a deal breaker for me. *I* felt more grounded on the Climber - don't know how to describe it, more settled, stable, some other adjective? Anyways, I am now the proud owner of an Inmotion Climber!
If you're looking to tackle steep hills, the Inmotion Climber is made for this purpose. I will definitely pass along your suggestion to our team for the G2!
They don't allow you riding in the bike lane?
It depends on the state!! What state are you looking for the answer for? :) SB
Does it actually have an adjustable stem height for taller riders? I read a scooter hut article that said it did but can't find any demonstration videos or any other sources.
Hi there, It does not have an adjustable stem, however, our Kaabo Sky 10C scooter does :)
Where i can buy it ?
On our online store, or in store at Scooter Hut! :)
I got taught that practice doesn’t make perfect bc it makes progress as you can never be perfect and always be room to improve so remember that. Practice makes progress not perfect :)

im 13 turning fourteen in a few days and im 5'2. what bar hight do you think would be best for me?
We recommend that the handlebar height sits somewhere between the rider's belly button and waist.

In regards to handlebar height, the general rule applies to all compressions! :) SB

Good video 😀 Wolf warrior and in motion is king 😎
I can drop in , but my back wheel keeps hitting the coping, its more annoying than scary... im at a loss on how to get the back wheel over the coping... I can jump in from this starting position but it feels less stable... when you put your front wheel forward, are you pushing your arms down to pick the back end of the scooter up to get that 1 to 2 inches of clearance ?
Hey Mike, as shown in the first slow-motion clip dropping in, you need to pull up and forward on the bars very slightly as you're dropping in to lift the back wheel up temporarily and pass over the coping. @@ScooterHutTV wow thanks for the quick response.. ive been scootering for 3 months now with my 2 sons (9 and7). I'm still working on clearing the coping teetering in, as it is the most comfortable way ive found to drop in ... oddly enough I can boneless in some ramps with speed but other ramps have insufficient room to get up to speed... so teetering in is my option...
