Well, but I wonder... Why after quickly looking all the rooms, he stopped front of the door that was about to open, "waiting for it"? This little detail discredits all the thing.

Ight so this happened a month ago during Thanksgiving. The only people at my house were the ones who were staying over. My brother and my aunt, my parents to bc I live with them. We were watching this video about this man who was remodeling someone’s house. In the video the video as the man is working in the house, he hears noises. He thinks that there is a squatter in the house. I’ll put the name of the video at the end of this. Anyways after we finished watching the video, we had 5 seconds of silence. After those 5 seconds my piano upstairs starts playing this creepy tune. The tune repeats over and over again. My brother and my dad went upstairs to turn of the piano. The creepy thing is that the piano wasn’t on during the video, meaning something would have had to turn it back on. We know this bc we would have heard the piano playing during the video or in the seconds of silence we had after the video. The name of the the man remodeling the house is called. Poltergeist caught on camera during a man remodeling house.

seems fake to me. In the beginning the basement door and the door leading into the bedroom are wide open when he walks out of the room. Then at 1:35 or so the door to the bedroom is almost all the way closed then begins to creep open seemingly on its own. However, when he walks into the room he doesnt pan the camera around to see if anything is behind the door (conveniently). Than the basement door that was wide open when he left the room is now almost all the way closed. Closed enough to where you wouldnt be able to see a hand pull the door shut. Im not buying it.

I can't say for certain that this or even poltergeists are 100% real but I can say for a fact that shadow figures are. Not sure what shadow figures really are but I watched one straight on about 2 feet from my face. It wasn't I may have seen something. It was there beyond any doubt. I yelled at it and it took off out of the room. I was more interested and intrigued than scared.

I used to never but really believe in the Supernatural but I do now since I've had my own occurrences where I live back in 2010 when I had my room door closed outside my door is the kitchen with a shelf there was a tapping noise late at night I couldn't believe what I was hearing came from the Shelf I open my door real fast through the kitchen light on which is that hands reach it stops I turn the light off go back in my room which is right there next to it close the door and starts again several occurrences happened recently nothing but there's no other explanation for it it did not come from any rodents in no pipes in the wall nothing

I feel your pain. I had a shop in North Dallas and basically got run out of business but sold out before I went broke. My sales went from 1.4m 1996 to 450 in 2002, when I sold. They basically steered me out of business. All 4 of the big ones at the time were DRP's and Ins. owned shops were the fuse that was lit, I could not put out. I saw tons of these crappy repairs from those shops and had to compete with it. Back then, they were making Service First shops put used air bags to used suspension parts in. We never did and told them were they could stick there 1800airbags, what a freaking joke. I think were one of the first shop in the area to get kicked off Service First, for standing up to the crap they were expecting us to do. Even our local association (North Texas Collision Repair Association) we shut down in 2003, because the shops affiliated with it were losing so much business, it was like the kiss of death to be connected to it. Good to know there still some quality shops out there, with some morals.

The spin from the basement to the other room had me so confused. Even at .25 speed, it was so fast.

Good stuff it’s true about the estimates my car was 8x too low of the final repair (before they paid DV) and my brothers was 5x too low (total loss)

This is literally the very first video of footage like this that has genuinely scared me. Holy crap.

So there are some out there like me, that although terrified, would run TOWARDS whatever it is, not away from it, at least not until confirming its time to get out of dodge and the speed with which you caught that door slam and were able to open it makes for some bloody compelling footage my friend, you looked as disturbed as I was when some bloody thing walked straight through me in broad daylight with no notice at all, it was just there and bang, dogs I had with me went nuts, terrified snarling heads down on forelegs backing off. I am like, you, tools, abit gruff, believe in what I can see and measure and happy to pull a house to bits, yet when it happened I am not ashamed to admit I screamed like a child and ran once it was done. Damned if I can explain it from that day to this.

I suppose a draft would do the same thing slamming doors, happens all the time in my house, especially if you leave the basement door open and the back-yard door is open as well you'll get the basement door slamming and/or shaking in its frame off and on, then again that light flashing on and off seems to always have some other phenomenon going on, computer screens flashing on and off as if charged with some kind of 'energy' not seen but affecting electronics...
