Now that I've actually gotten to see Volume 9 in it's entirety - not just clips and crack videos (and watching the whole series through to the point), they really missed something not using that version of 'Time to say Goodbye'. Which is weird cause while it applies to the the previous couple volumes - 9 really feels like someone went 'yeah - lets write it based on the song lyrics from early seasons openings and inserts'.

This is really cool but I was expecting multiple people singing at once or something.

So - I don't really understand the hate for the scene between Diana and Bruce where he's considering staying. Let's remove entirely for a moment he's been regressed to a teenager. I remember back in the 90's watching then new episodes of Batman: The animated series, the shows tied to it, the live actions movies since, Bruce has wanted to or even has at times given up his life as Batman, or as Bruce Wayne tired of living the double life, tired of an endless circle of putting the same criminals away and seeming like he makes so little difference, understand his limitations not having powers like the others - even having to at times rely on them and at times being almost the weak link - or unintentionally or not had it pointed out to him by others like Martian Manhunter. This is a world where even if everyone knew who Bruce Wayne was - he wouldn't need to live a double life he could be just like Weiss, out fighting monsters and bad guys like it's normal, no double life. He has powers on top of his already natural and trained abilities with which to take down Grimm - in which he need not show restraint, or any other villains in Remnant like a Torchwick where he would show it. Even an adult Bruce Wayne, when you look at various incarnations, would be tempted to stay - to get off what at times likely feels like a hamster wheel he's always running on and not lead a double life. This is practically a dream world for him. To me - it's very much similar to the episode 'Perchance to Dream' from Batman: TAS, in which he's trapped in a reality created by Mad Hatter and while at first is confused by the fact he's not Batman - starts to settle in to it and get comfortable just being Bruce Wayne.

4:22 - I only just realized this is basically the exact same move Yang uses to beat the chess pieces, albeit a slightly different setup on using it.

Not only is the editing superb, you managed to incorporate clips from Ice Queendom seamlessly and even used a multitude of clips from the main series that I’ve rarely ever seen used in any AMVs, making this one feel so much more fresh. You’ve only got a few AMVs but you more than manage to stand proud next to the likes of ThusKindlySheScatters, Apotheosis and I’mStrange. That is not an easy feat.

I inmensly apreciate how well monty managed pacing and dialoge, but actualy considered momentum during these secuences. Many of the anime moments felt akward for the wrong reasons.
