    Here’s my excuse: I could not attend your webinar because I was still in the hospital after my fall! Your coaching plays in my head every single time I transfer from bed to walker from walker to seat from seat to stair. I am happy for everyone who could attend, because the lessons they learn will aid in their safety should the unthinkable occur.

    You are correct. Standing and sitting with a lengthened spine looks better to others and you are more likely to gain positive attention. People who slump or look weak are more likely to be targeted by those who wish to do harm. Safety first. Sit, stand and move like you mean business! Thanks for sharing this~
