Idiot car blocking the 3 minute loading zone
This idiots sits in the loading zone blocking cars for 15 minutes to avoid paying for parking. Forced cars to back out of a one way location to exit. Said he had 3 minutes so I went to my car and recorded him for 3 minutes. Did not move until after parking enforcement came around.
