Several of my sites built on classic themes stopped showing comments after upgrade to Wordpress 6.5 - co-incidental? Inspection of the raw html shows something that looks like block-theme coding sneaking in. I know that 6.5 messed up the widgets editor, is it the same for comments?

So WHAT happened to the " Labeled for reuse " option. I'm on a different timeline? What did CERRN DO? I see 3 options and that's not one of em. 1. Not filtered by license , 2. Creative Commons Licenses and 3. Commercial and Other Licenses. I'm stuck.
