Renting and owning is nearly impossible for most. It's upsetting that NYC teachers can barely afford the outer boroughs.
What's your favorite spot in the East Village?
Book Club Bar! 😍📚
I lived in Bushwick 20 years ago. It was wild AF. Fun place to be young and underemployed.
What skyline views lmaoo
Please do a new video I've seen this a couple of times.
Who would like to look at some of the houses that you're selling. I have wanted to visit and I do think it's a lovely neighborhood. ❤
I take all of my buyers and sellers for bagels!

The train motor and song mashup was so powerful that an apartment-finding company took notice!
Amazing!! What an amazing video. Happy for you. 👏🤍
Looking good Lawrence !
Would you live in LIC?

Is it better to use an agent to find apartments ? Also can you explain brokers fees? I live in CT and our leasing system doesn't have those. Thank you .

@tebec3624 And here's an article about whether you need an agent for renting: streeteasy.com/blog/should-you-use-apartment-broker-for-nyc-rental/
They renovated the Steve out of this place in a lot of ways & now they want about 20,000.00 a month RENT for it. Steve had had it on the market for 2 million after buying it for $750,00. 😂 The took out the lovely green kitchen cabinets & put some barely green tile in instead. Silly. And added a hideous black, white & green geometric tile floor to one of the bathrooms "as a tribute". The decks & such are basically the same though so that's good & the fireplace is still in the living room as are the wood plank walls. Im glad the kept the outside blue! You can find a short of it beforehand on YT.

Yes. Cheaper then Los Angeles
Such a cool place! 🤩
I love NYC but $375K + interest and closing cost (so more like $400K) for a walk up seems completely crazy, that could buy you a medium sized house with a driveway in a decent neighborhood just outside the city.
Great tips❤
Address ?
There’s no way in hell that 2 mil
Todo eso es mentira pk allá todos don millonario
Nope…you can buy 2 really nice houses with land for that amount…spend less in taxes, less congestion, in another state….hard pass
