      @@AngelReyesfit totally agree. I ask as my legs blew up by doing whatever type of squat variation, belt squat , DB squat, BB squat, etc, as well as leg press doing 4 to 5 sets of a weight i could manage for 12 to 15 reps. Excellent pump, taxes your cardio but the legs responded well to the time under tension. If you haven't checked out John Meadows and his page, may he RIP, you should, excellent nuggets of info.       I would get the water thing if it was my first week working out but it's not and I'm pretty sure I'm not losing muscle while lifting weights but hey I'm not a doctor🤷

      @@AngelReyesfit what is your daily caloric intake? You shouldn't be more than a 1000 calories under. You should be be looking to drop no more than 1lb to 2lb per week to give your body a chance to develop muscle. I'm not trying to take anything from your efforts, in fact, I applaud you and your wife. It's just my suggestion from a person that's been in your condition. Slow on, slow off...

      @AngelReyesofficial i used to be 410 i lost down to 260 I went through a bad depression stage and gained to like 380 I decided I wanted to lose weight again im currently 344, but this time im going to the gym to so I guess my goal is to burn fat and add some muscle but I wanna see the scale drop to

      OK cool, just make sure that your protein intake is high so that way as you're burning fat you're also building muscle. Also try doing high reps lower weight.
