I'll provide my experience for you: for some backround, I'm pretty good at remembering my dreams- no I don't keep a journal but I can recall few of my previous dreams if asked. I searched this youtube video and looked through the comments and did a little research about lucid dreaming before bed. I tried focusing on what I wanted to dream before heading to bed and I read in the comments that The bell helps remind me that I'm in a dream. I went to sleep and had a normal lucid dream where I didn't realize it was a dream so it went on like normal. After about 5 hours, I must've woken up naturally and I attempted to "re-watch" the events of my dream in my head as to remember it later and I did the "Wake back to bed" where I stayed awake for about 8m before going back to sleep. This time, I was focusing again on what I wanted to dream and focused on any sensations that I may feel if it was actually happening. For reference, the hot rays of the sun on a summers day in long grass. What am I feeling, What smells are there, Where am I? And after about 15m, I was dreaming consciously so to speak, and I could partially manipulate my dream into whatever my head could think
