Dear Farhin, Shuttle bus service for Inter Terminal transfer at Delhi Airport is available free of cost for passengers with connecting flights. To avail the service, passengers have to reach out to Inter-Terminal Transfer Counters and have to provide transfer documents (Boarding pass, travel ticket) to the officials at the counter for the onward journey. The officials will then provide a coupon for the complimentary shuttle bus. This coupon will be checked by the bus staff at the time of boarding or anytime during the travel.

With regards to your query, we urge to keep 3 - 4 hours time gap between your both domestic flights. At Delhi Airport, complimentary shuttle bus is available between terminals in every 20 minutes. The inter-terminal shuttle bus is operated by both DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) which is a paid one and DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation), complementary for passengers with onward connection, operates at regular intervals for passenger's convenience. To avail DTC bus service, passengers must approach the Shuttle Bus Counter to obtain the complimentary coupon.
