This is so true and i had a friend that did this and spread rumours and treated me as an idiot and that i didnt matter or respected no matter how much i did.I was victim and used but because money i didnt mater

After a brutal discard with no means to make amends with that person for the rest of my lifetime, I think it’s fair to say I am WAY more aware of all these abusive tactics. Meanwhile I am hyper focused on God and the plans and mission He has for me. PERIOD!

It’s hard for me to understand narcs. To me, they don’t make sense. I guess they are just evil and jealous, which also seems ridiculous to be jealous of us bc we hurt just like everyone else. It would be nice if narcs could just be nice but they can’t so ya gotta deal w it.

We pray that they see the Light. They were born innocent and good. Some of us were raised in the Light. Some were raised in darkness. You wish their life path was different but so many layers of trauma, rejection, negativity, lack of love, humiliation, etc. has left their hearts and souls bitter. Chosen Ones are often sent /meant to be the Light. Show them the way and pray they come into their own Awakening.

I recently came across a thing called "The Narcissists Prayer" and it goes like this: THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN - AND IF IT DID - IT WASN'T THAT BAD - AND IF IT WAS - THATS NOT A BIG DEAL - AND IF IT IS - THATS NOT MY FAULT - AND IF IT WAS - I DIDN'T MEAN IT - AND IF I DID - YOU DESERVED IT. I had to read it over and over to see how true this is. Whoever wrote this "Narcissists Prayer" - bravo. When Yaz says "The narcissist never accept accountability" - I think this "prayer" sums that up. Go Yaz! Yaz is the BEST!
