You need a small torx screw driver. I used one from a precision screwdriver set.

I would like to have you help to put on my kayak anchor
Absolutely. How can I help?
Because my kayak is a tamarack I want to know which one is the better one for it
That's not what the tool is designed for.
Hello. I appreciate the comment. I understand it is not how it is designed to be used. I made this video in response to a question I got on a previous video.
lol
What is a ac00
Здравствуйте Что означает ошибка EC 40
So, if your goal is to push a nail thru a 2x4 to attach it to another piece of wood - will it do that - looks like it might? Also, if you are going to try this - could you use different / thinner nails in your video. Also, can you change out the "Puncher" - and it seems that you could put a small socket on the end and use that to drive nails straight - and then finish with just the "puncher" by itself.
Thanks for the comments and questions. I will set something up for a video.
Please do. Not waste any of our time; get to the point
Thanks. I appreciate the feedback. I do find that many of my videos are long winded. I will definitely cut the chit chat.
I just bought a Pelican Catch 100. There are dimples in strategic locations the show you where to drill for rod holders, and for adding deck plates. and other accessories,
Thank you for a very informative video!
I thought the bulb should have lit up just as bright on the output side of solenoid as it did inside when u hit the start button. One thing i noted, (i had ground problems) was the long bolt with numerous wires used for grounds where the starter bolts to the engine case. I did something similar and had to move them and seperate them. Just a thought for anyone that may have grounding issue
Too bad you didn't take it completely apart...do a proper cleaning & lubricate with 3 in 1 oil or super lube grease! WD-40 is Not a lubricant!
I agree, WD-40 is not a lubricant. I like Jigaloo as a lubricant. Especially where dust and dirt is an issue. In this case I did not need to completely disassemble it to get it working again. It's just a quick fix. If I was to restore it, I would strip it. Thanks for watching and I appreciate the comment. Have a great day.
I knew something very similar. But I also add magnesium shavings and rod flare dust. This makes it guaranteed to get very hot not go out in rain or Highwinds
Thank you so much ! After changing the pad, spring and brake you found my problem!
Great info
could you drive a nail through a piece of plywood to take plywood off a roof?
Absolutely. It drove a nail out of a 3/4 inch board and across my garage, bouncing off a wall and propane tank.
@@canadianworkshop this what i want to do remove shingles then remove plywood so instead of pulling every nail to get plywood sheet off i want use this tool to drive nail through the plywood into rafter then pull plywood off.thats my thinking
@@robbobcat7286 I'm not sure if it can push the head of the nail through the plywood. I'll test it out and post the video.

Awesome
I’ve got to find the black rubber insert you used.

Thanks bout 2 try this now
Great advice
I remember one time when i was about 8 my dad asked me to do the 3 or 4 dishes that were in the sink, i fought and fought he said okay good enough you can go change the brakes and calipers on my car, he pulls the car into the yard jacks it up for me gave me the tools and stuff i put on, 4 hours later i come back up proud that i had finished it the right way ive been working on cars ever since that day, problem is now my sink is full of dishes all the time😂😂
I love it. What a great memory. Thanks for sharing.

I do not understand why people put their wood shavings in cups. To each their own. This is what I did when I tried wax and wood shavings. I heated the wax up until it was hot enough to fry the wood. I continued to add wood until the wax is completely absorbed into the wood. After the wax is absorbed into the wood, line a cookie sheet with wax paper (you can even use the wax paper as a tender/flash tender), and dump the wood & wax onto the cookie sheet (or a mold, I used cookie sheets because I wanted bricks), and apply some even pressure to the wood & wax as it cools. The hardest part is separating the board into blocks. When I use wood/wood shavings I found that the wood burns more consistent when the wax was hot enough to fry the wood. I think it was because the hot wax boiled the water out of the wood.

Junk sanders
I've had two I've had for at least ten years. I do professional interior finish work, and mine have only needed bearing cleanings and an occasional Velcro pad. Great sanders.
I have a 700 tbx with a ac12 code. is there a way to trouble shoot or diagnose this problem? could you inform me where i can get a replacement part and how to change it. thanks
This and many other good ways to use waste wood for fire starters. I do the same thing with my saw dust and wood chips. I mix the wood in the wax while in the mini crock pot to ensure everything gets coated. I use mini muffin tins because I have them for no other use. The cups is a very good alternative. I also insert a cotton wick to aid in starting.
Great idea. I like the idea of the wood soaking in the wax. I'll try it next time.
Wow 👌 you really can do any job and you explained so well that anybody can do it.
Good ideas
Mine is saying - SC 12 & 14 any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
I just fixed my Rigid orbital sander and I’m one who’s unnerved by mechanical things. Your straightforward and simple explanation gave me the courage to try to fix it myself. I’d been searching for an answer to its problem and your video was the only one that told me what was wrong with it and how to fix it. And just think, I was about to throw it out and buy a new one. SMH. Thank you so much. Definitely subscribed. ✌🏽🙏🏽
That's awesome. I am glad you ware able to fix your sander. Thanks for the great message. I really appreciate it. If there is anything you would like me to post about, shoot me a message. Take care.
Great video as always 👍
You have a strait axel you are not going to get any more ground clearance for more ground clearance put a spacer block
My main concern for this particular trailer is that the tires stick up through the floor. It's an old pop up camper frame. By flipping the axle the tires will be under the floor. Or hopefully will be. They might stick out just a hair still.
Why can't you just rotate it?
The axle has a slight bend toward the top to set the camber on the tires. This helps to have even tire wear, even under load. If you just flip the axle, the bend will be toward the bottom which will cause uneven tire wear.
Cool man. I don't have a trailer to flip the axle on. I appreciate that tidbit of advice. The mechanics of it are useful in different applications.
I’m having the same issue with my Milwaukee RO sander. I’ll have to give your fix a try. When new, my Milwaukee RO was a great sander. It’s been used a lot, however, so I’m hoping the bearing can easily be cleaned (or replaced). Thanks again!!!
What model are you repairing? I have a Dewalt 6421 random orbital sander that is vibrating. The bearing doesn’t come off with the pad. It has four screws holding the pad on.
The model that I repaired in this video was the DW421.
How much psi to put in 40?
I usually put in just enough for the spray to work again. Usually 50psi or less.
@@canadianworkshop Thanks.
I cant get starter out please help
Hello. Thanks for commenting. There are two bolts at the rear of the starter. In order to free up the starter, I used a wooden down an tapped the starter to force it out. It has a great seal. I tapped from the gear side to pop it out. I can post a video on how to do it if you are unsure of what I mean.
Wow there's never dull moment with you Mike great job.
Who’s got no thumbs and saved $0.65CAD worth of WD-40? This guy! But seriously I puckered right up as you kept forcing more air into that can. Please be careful.
The most important thing to remember is that spray paint cans and cans like this are at 70psi. So set your air pressure to 70 as well
Great point. I should have mentioned that in the video. Thanks for sharing.
Good ol' Canadian ingenuity
Totally dangerous
It does have its risks. But done carefully, it is safe.
@@canadianworkshop lol it’s funny tho
please be careful forcing air into pressurized cans
Don’t think that will work with spray paint cans without letting the paint out into your face and hands. Or injecting paint into the air hose nozzle. Just my opinion. 🤔🤷♂️
Good point, I haven't tried it with a paint can yet. I use it for WD-40, JB80 and other lube and degreaser cans.
As long as the air coming out of the hose is more than what's in the can then nothing will flow into your nozzle
