SUMMER IS HERE by Renée Watson, illustrated by Bea Jackson -
I know this bloke spent 3+ with him in nottingham prison i could tell you so much but to peak ill of the dead well not a good look having said that his life since leaving prison is one big act he had plenty of years of years to perfect it, pretentious poor me actor, loves to brag about number one court at the old bailey as if it some sort of claim to fame, also lied about active duty with the legion and only admitted it when an Aussie pulled him up about it, 2 daughters in his teens that he didn't take care of and the classic I had a bad childhood which was to blame for 2 strangulations with bare hands and then with his co defendant both blamed each other so if the guilt was so bad that he handed himself in then why not plead guilty, maybe he had no choice but to hand himself in instigated by the french ? Bullying in prison, drinking prison liquor when he could using the Listener scheme for his own ends the list goes on and only helped those who gave him public standing
I just finished reading all of her books and I now don't know how to exist in the real world.
I knew it!!!! You got inspired in The Beauty and the Beast!!! I noticed the references!!! 👏
madeline, just finished this book a few days ago and i cant stop thinking about it, i absolutely loved thw way it was written, the way i always wanted to know more about them even tho i knew their tragic ending, the way i can see sides of them that unfortunately got lost by mistakes and tragedy but also their love and human selfishness and proud and ugh!!! loved it
Robert Clive aka the real founder of India
😂
Everything from the writing style to the narrative is exceptional. Not only has it become my favourite book but it has been the only book to make me cry without the word "statistics" in it.
How delightful!
It's better at 2x speed :)
اني من العراق ❤❤
Well, hello from 2024 with all these LLMs. Do you still think organisms are not machines, old man?
just amazing he is my favourite
Clive was addicted

Will Ya Make A "Harry Potter And The Cursed Child" One?❓?
A most remarkable woman. Courageous and compassionate.
The only person who can make a choice about assisted dying is the person who is living the reality. Nobody else.
I don't support assisted dying. It isn't our choice. You are brave to speak honestly to this subject and to write on it. Sally Magnusson has written compassionately on dementia. 🙏 My sisters and I are journeying with our mum in this journey. The gold standard palliative care is the best we have and can, in good conscience provide. I respect your dignified presentation but leave to God this matter. I pray for the divine intervention which spares you prolonged suffering.🙏
Wendy died not long after this recording. She refused food and drink. She was a remarkable woman. RIP.
I so support people having a choice on how to live their lives, and, when terminally ill, how to end them. Why on earth should anyone else get to make this decision? Of course we must make sure proper safeguards are in place, but to deny a person to escape from unbearable pain and suffering is just plain cruel. I am glad to know Wendy is free from the unrelenting illness she knew would never let go.
I love the fireplace! Prayers for her journey ❤
1:48 If Neil Gaiman likes that they’re dark, he would also love Scandinavian folklore, our folklore is dark af
The demon she's talking abt from hindu mythology are the nagas
i love listening to this man. His knowledge and recall of names, places and times, truly amazing. Clive of India appeared to be one agressive but very serendipitous guy.

Trump lackey
That’s incorrect the Dutch had the first multinational corporation the VOC.
The VOC was created in 1602 while the EIC was created in 1600, sooo the British East India Company Predates the Dutch Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie by a year and some change

Hi! I'm not going to say my name but I'm writing a book and I hope it can get accepted in about 7 or 8 years time! It's called "The Scapegoat" and it's a horror book about a boy and his cousin who lives together and all of his family lives together in a cottage. They have grandparents/ great grandparents and other family members from 400 years ago. The way the family does it is dark and I really really really want to be able to publish it when I'm done. I hope I can get to you guys extremely soon and I wish you a happy day! Thank you! Yours sincerely, Me
Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

They have to finish their meeting before their last breath.
Empirically there is no "it" in regards to "Science", rather a "They", as "it" is composed of Scientists, a plurality. "Science" is also a process rather than a thing, a verb rather than a noun.
I loved this series! Amazing book!
çoğu nöronilimve zhin felsefesi makalesinden yararlı diye geldim bakalım
Reading now… already gone through 10 chapters and I’m getting addicted slowly…
Wait stop!!! She based some of the book from Studio Ghibli!!! No wonder I love the series and I even know what song she’s talking about 😭😭
When I was in 7th grade, I absolutely hated reading. Going to the library for English class was just an easy way to kill an hour of the school week back then. I would always borrow a book that I didn't intend on reading (because I had to), I wouldn't read it, and that'd be the end of it. Still though, I always made an effort to pick a book that I thought would at least be interesting or cool like Sherlock Holmes or Greek Mythology books. On one particular visit though, I was feeling lost. I didn't know which book to get, and so I turned to my English teacher, and I asked him to please recommend a book for me. He recommended Neil Gaiman's graveyard book because he thought the author was interesting. It was the first time I've ever heard of any one talking about the author of a book rather than the book itself. So I borrowed it, and read it, and honestly, I didn't care for it, returning it after a quarter of the way through. But that name, Neil Gaiman, stuck with me for some reason. Some time later, I realized that he was the man behind what would become one of my favorite movies, Coraline. I thought, "no way, I didn't even know that was based on a book," So I borrowed a copy, and plowed through it in two days, I loved it. And over the years, Neil Gaiman would continue to reappear in my life through Sandman, Good Omens, American Gods as I slowly branched out and reading more and more books. And before I knew it, I loved to read, and wanted to write my own books, inspired by his work and the effect it had on my life. Pretty crazy, huh?
Love this man what a true gent, i was in Nottingham prison with him from 1995 until 2000, worked out with him, he called pull ups, with a 20 kg weight chained to waist… character building, god bless my friend x
lol i was there too but wasn't impressed by lifting heavy weights in the gym, a typical prison admiration falsehood, used his weight and appearance to bully but you werent on the same wing were you lifers only
Smash
Thanks, Ned, just reading your book about the film and enjoying every page.
RIP the man who became Erwin James. Proof there is hope.
