The 3 Dives is definitely the best Jerk, Rice & peas, and callaloo I have had in the country. OMG! It was so good. My first time was last June (2017) and was completely amazed. I just loved it and can't wait to come back in August.

The Ja Joint by Carly Day Nice! I’m a total jerk head.. lol! Only other video I’ve seen on CZcams that really captured the essence like yours was here: czcams.com/video/pWRtxcjIZnM/video.html Anyway, curious to hear more about your process/discoveries. I’m in the Cali Bay Area and we have a world famous spot called Back-a-yard that is straight fiyah! If you are ever out this way you gada check it out! it was started by a cat named chef Robert Simpson who used to lead the Jamaican culinary team. His sauce is truly something magical, never had one like it no joke. Anyway I’ve amassed an embarrassing amount of recipes/research and have been going thru them one by one, I’ve definitely fallen down the rabbit hole but madness is brilliance! Haha. Thanks again for the vid and look forward to hearing more. Ja bless 🤙🏼

Been there few weeks ago the Lobster is excellent, drinks are cheap this place has great food
