First when messing with the equalizer, I realized the wires were in wrong ports. I am sure they when they wire the boat, they have less care on where the wires lead, and plug them in randomly. But you should have zero feedback. You can pull the wires out of receiver and recut and feed them back in the receiver, which I did to make sure I had clean contacts. That will also help if it's a specific speaker with feed back which shows its most likely a wire issue. If it's all speakers, then there is a mechanical issue. Over all had little issues with warranty on the boat, so I am sure MB will repair, except the little slow response from them.

400 is plenty. Have pulled two tubes and 2 persons wakesurfing out of water with ease. I hear 440 has slight lower RPM when accelerating, but only an option if you care to spend extra money. But to save money 400 is all you need.

Possibly, they had good pricing back in 2019-2020, however like most boats their prices raised drastically. I really wanted to consider the Moomba Makai, but they were well over 8-10 months behind on production when I was shopping for boats.

Honestly in person the MB dash looks very clean, all metal and accented with lights. Axis is very cheap, many friends own and they say the same thing. The ATX computer and dash is their selling point, best in price range, the new switches on 2021 models so much nicer. ATX good boat for surfing, just horrible for wakeboarding if that matters.

The reason for delays was my external drive I kept all video on got damaged and I could not recover any video. Gonna film and jump on as many boats as possible this summer. For FI23 the MB makes a bigger wake which is what I wanted to share, stock ballast, but yes the Operating System on Centurions is AMAZING. For Supreme, the ZS233 and MB are almost identical in price (MB Alphas 5k more). I would say the ZS233 is = MB Classic Boats. MB design is more like a vintage car, the ZS is trying to look more modern like Centurion. MB is much bigger feeling. ZS has much better controls for customization on ballast. I rated them Equal.

I asked Dustin Brendel about that and he said its 102. The classic is 100, Alpha is 102. I told him to update their website. Let's just say MB is not the best with their web design process. I am going up next month to do an interview with them, and film their production facility, should be fun. Can't wait to see the new Mondo from Moomba.

That’s good to know!! I’m stoked because I have a 23/a on order ! Yeah, I like that they don’t spend a ton of coin on marketing and what not (to focus on building boats and saving money for their customer) , but they need help with their web design. The Alpha shows IDENTICAL weight specs as the classic. No way this can be true to the pound. Options aren’t updated (JL vs. Exile). I like their boat builder, but they need to step it up a bit considering all the boats they are moving. Hire some pimple faced teen techie on the cheap ...lol. Great work man. Look forward to the other reviews.

@@slanealb whats also funny, look at all 8 MB dealer websites. Out of the 8 of them, 5 list different ballast for the new Alphas lol. But for the value, you can just see the higher quality of their boat lines.

@@thembsportsboatexperience5429 Can't wait for that factory video bro!. Make sure you get on their case about the interior issues that are being talked about on various platforms. I understand there are quality control challenges with C19 and high demand but some of the interior asymmetry issues I have seen floating around the web on the Alphas are just not acceptable on a 110K boat and out of character for a company known for building such awesome, high quality boats.

Yes. The ZS232 was probably my 2nd favorite boat. If I had a dealer closer to me, it would have been a much tougher choice between MB vs Supreme. For me it will be the hardest two to compare because they are both so good.

@@jakethomas1526 Moomba is also very good. What I love about Moomba is different models. The best bang for buck is the Max model, with great pricing below 90k. The Makai is also great, but due to its price, has more competition.

@@jakethomas1526 Moomba hit it out of the park with the 2021 redesigned Mojo. It would be about 4-5K cheaper than a MB or Zeus. I almost bought one, but loved the customization available with MB. My B52 comes in April!

Thank you. Yes we for over a year wanted a new boat at the 100k mark. Over summer Demo the ATX 22, Moomba Max, Moomba Makai, Axis A22, Malibu MLX22, Supreme ZS232, a friends 2018 Sanger, and the MB Boats. For cheapest boat is the Moomba. But for overall Quality, MB was above all others. A little over our original spending amount, but fell in love with the B52, so it was worth the extra 30$ a month increase. Ours arrives in January, and will make more videos on all the options, and comparing classic vs alpha, and touring the manufacturer in December.

Were you concerned that MB only offers 3 ur warranty VS moomba is 5 yr? I joined some MB Facebook groups and was getting a little spooked at some of the issues people were having with the MB with less than 50 Hours on them?

@@caseymungo9789 It would be nice if it was 5 years, but just like cars, if there is an issue its from manufacturing and will be detected withing first 20 hours or less. Consumer Reports shows that 86% of all boat repairs is first year.

MB has two styles, the classic editions, and the new Alpha editions. Classic editions F22 and B52 are about 95k-100k. The new Alphas are 10k more, so a F22 Alpha is 105-110k and B52-23 Alpha is 110k-115k. But what you are getting is a 140-160k Boat like a Supra and Tige without the fancy displays. Their prices have risen like all boat manufacturers about 5k due to Covid and demand. Next week I will be filming a Classic F22, so stay tuned.
