The instance is when you have no other rating percentages, so to say if you have multiple service connected, im not sure if its 2 or 3 necessary. But they are rated at 0%, then they put those together for you to be at 10%. If you have other ratings they are just 0% and do not get added together.

This would be a question that I would refer to a VSO. As I am not aware of levels being paid for possible attempts on life. If it is aid and attendance, it would be due to needing assistance with eating, feeding, or clothing. For having meds controlled by your wife does not necessarily fall under a level, but I insist in you speaking to a VSO for better clarification and guidance.

The best option would be to have a VA Doctor or through the VA to obtain the documentation. There isnt currently a manner for you to request it online or view it online through VA.Gov. No you do not have to be recieving a pension, you apply for this and get evaluated, if you meet those requirements which are on my other video then you recieve it. VA isn't trying to just give it to you. Still a process without the pension.

Can you be a bit more specific on the question, on the meaning of secure. If you qualify and meet the requirements you will recieve it as long as you meet the prerequisites. You will still go through C&P in order to obtain it.

The VA will re-examine if necessary, but its usually a P&T case scenario where it stays. For the SMC the examinations are more extensive, so if you recieve it is most likely a situation that will not get better or change. As with many there is a loss of limb involved.

No. This is the total amount you will recieve. This is the diability pay plus SMC combined. You don't add your pay rate to these amounts. Some people will see this and think they're going to be getting $8k+ a month.

I am looking and through Military OneSource I found this "SMC is paid in addition to the VA’s standard disability compensation rates and is based on the severity of the disability" on their website. The same statement can be found on Military.com.

@@JustCruzOn I know this because I receive SMC. All Special Monthly Compensation Rates are given instead of the standard VA Disability Rates, except for Category K. Category K is given in addition to your standard disability pay.

I am not able to find a $2000 annuity payment for disabled veterans outside the state of Massachusetts, I would suggest reaching out to a VSO for better clarification for the state of Florida. As each state has different benefits.

2023 Pay Chart shows that a 100% Veteran w/ Spouse at a rate of $3823.89 on the VA.Gov website. Keep in mind that if you are receiving SMC (Special Monthly Compensation) that it is not added into these pay charts. Also if your are receiving more than the 3823.89 without any SMC payments I would suggest having that looked at so you do not end up with a huge bill to pay back for overpayment.

Keep in mind that these are possible numbers the actual numbers should be out by the end of this month.

No.... every none c level employee has heard corporations say for 20yrs now their job is to get the most work from their employees for the least amount of pay. it is an attack, like saying someone is a Nazi and a group people that say they stand by a ideology they support, woke has been taken over by LGBTQ and gender politics now, Disney is prime example on woke ideology. It has devolved into gender change on kids, sex books in schools for kids at their libraries, men beating the living shit out of women in MMA and other sports. everything for inclusivity equality and diversity, and now it has big detriment towards women and feminism and what they have fought for over a hundred years, kids that gender swap to name a couple of issues. it is a very serious topic right now, since it seems like the insane is running the insane asylum at then moment when it comes to woke and those calming to be one.

Thank you for the comment, as I am merely trying to showcase the situation that military members deal with. There are African Americans that deal with this situation as do other who have incorporated the use of the term. I do agree that in some situations it's merited to make the claims that are made but in some situations it is not. I think the fact that we don't have enough calmly and collected conversation about the topic is an issue we have at hand. Not everyone's situation is the same and different environments and experiences can lead to people believing or leaning towards a certain perspective, but the ability to have a conversation without name calling or accusations allows us to open the door to understanding. The military differs in the way things are handled and it is something I just want to bring to light as it is not a known issue or situation. Conversations are key, and I hope to encounter more individuals that want to talk about the situation before bashing as some of the comments i have received are posted but some were held due to vulgarity and sheer ignorance, Again Thank You for the response.
