We had to put our cats litter on top a storage bin so our little dog couldnt reach it, but we wanna get a kitten again soon and would like to NOT have to wait until the kitten could jump high enough to reach just to potty train it 😂 I know they have top opening litter boxes, but again, little harder to train a kitten to use it when they cant jump quite high enough yet. Ive been wishing and hoping every single day to finally find something that can do this and its basically impossible, so I beg of you to actually make this into a product people can buy

You could just put the litter box in one of those Rubber-maid container bins. It also keeps cats from kicking the litter out. This might not work if you have a big dog but neither will this contraption.
