I finished this race in P5 from 15th on the grid. Yes this is a league race. OSRL is one of the leagues that i'm in. Very rare I do random open lobbies these days, especially on the current games. I'll post the full race at some point.

Hey! Thanks for getting in touch! So I race in Race Spec on Sunday nights and Tuesday nights AEST time. All the leagues are crossplay and there are different leagues for different regions. I race in Australasia but there's also Europe and the Americas. We only have 1 race left for the season but sign ups for next season haven't started yet. Not so much Symmons Plains. From Queensland Raceway all the way through to Symmons Plains, Skaifey watched a potential championship go down the drain through incredibly bad luck but also poor team execution.

@@dantheracer99 Ah righto. So HRT had execution issues as well. Bet the team boss copped an earful over the whole thing. Imagine mark skaife yelling in your ear in a rage. Wouldn't be surprised if skaifey did give his team boss an earful.

@@BlairSauer ​​⁠well that’s the thing; Skaife was the boss at that point. Which is what a lot of people attributed to the lack of performance in the team. The reality was the HRT cars were bad fast all of 06, it was a mix of everything that cost them not purely Skaife owning the team

@@dantheracer99 Ah righto. Didn't know that he was the boss then. Yeah that's what I suspected. The dramas that occurred weren't all his doing. Bad luck and bad strategy can be costly.

Also the HRT cars had a lot of gearbox and clutch problems for most of the year

Yeah, not my finest moment. Would have still won the race with just the 3 second. No place for silly mistakes like speeding in the pits.

@@dantheracer99that was the 5 second penalty, the 3 second penalty was supposedly for exceeding track limits for a 3rd time, which i dont agree with, probably the game’s fault there

Yeah I went back and watched this clip over and over and over to see what I did wrong. I was too far to the left on entry. When you're in the lead trying to lose as little time as possible, that's the last thing I was paying attention to.

Me turning MasterJedi; 100% definitely my fault. No denying that. The other two though, I just don't see how being turned in a straight line twice can be seen as my fault when i'm not deviating my line and keeping the steering straight. Not many people agree with me on that however! As for the 3 second time penalty, when it's going bad, it just goes really bad. Again as I say, story of my season!

Yep, still on controller! I honestly believe F1 2018 multiplayer was the best online experience in the F1 Games. The Ranked lobbies were always full and you had the right mix of noobs and good drivers, as we had a tendency to find out! The league racing scene is so competitive these days though. I used to be able to compete for wins and championships on controller. Now it's a lot more of a battle!

Yep fr fr. Other than my League Racing and winning the Championship in Career Mode (just to say I did it) this is probably the least played F1 game for me since F1 2016!

Yeah ahaha that's right. We used to be in the middle of a pile up after the first few corners. The Ghosting is extra bad now because of the instability of Cross Play too.

@@Aidanthomass212 I had literally only just started league racing then but ever since i've been in the thick of it. Raced in multiple leagues, won races and championships.

Volvo weren't racing in 2013. They came into the sport in 2014.
