I have no Wifi link app to know how much Sun charge or used power remain (the different app Green [orgininal is Blue solar watch app) Register with the green app. it said the code on the inverter already registered.]. only way to know is go to garrage outside of home to look at the LED on the EG4 battery pack. So If I trade 1 in, I have to trade both that lost over 1500+ tax shipping for new set of 12,000 watts. Their tech support reply 1 time, that's it. no reply again. I would not recommend Signature solar. (they also have Intimidating Tech support voice person and some one else rude).

I also contact EG4 customer service website. They never reply my message.

The First panel that connect to the inverter is: Neutral connect to neutral white. Your ground rode is connect to Panel body itself. The Busbar on the panel will connect to the panel body which is ground itself. subpanel or conjunction box do not neutral it. I mean The sub-panel or any panel after that connect ground. But Neutral white wire do not connect to ground. That white Neutral will return power to the 1st panel. I will have the video on it. The off grid inverter and on grid are connect the same method. You only connect neutral and Ground at First Breaker panel of service. (The inspector in San Diego, California gave me wrong instruction. my mom and Aunt got Electrical shock every time they use the Washer machine and if we wash our hands at the faucet near the contact point, we got light shock. After saw video on YT with Electrical coach and research. I remove those 2nd and 3rd panel down the line. We no longer got shock).

Thats why youre paying a premium with craftsman. For the warranty.

Thanks for asking. Basicly how I understand is that I use the breaker to turn on and off. The breaker on either side is the same. Also if it over load in either side it should shut off. If you see the breaker in the middle I have at the battery I put it in Negative to Negative Busbar. it does work, There are many time I did the maintenance or did other work, I turn off all system. Then I turn it on for some reason it does not like it it does shut off. I did check everything again, Shut off all breaker including in and out. Everything looks good. I started turn on the 3 EG4 batteries first. Then the CATL 15 kwh batteries, Then the inverter, Solar, then output AC breaker and it work fine. I understand that the Fuse needed to put on the Red side. But there are some Article or teacher said that the Electron actually came out of Negative... I am not fully understand yet. But in my case, the space is available for me. Thanks

@@makesaveinccomm From what i have seen, and i'm still learning, if you are breaking only 1 pole, then you always want the breaker, fuse, switch on the positive side. It becomes even more important when you are dealing with 48v and higher systems. Other than that though, I like how you have your setup configured. Great job. If you haven't already, you should check out the diysolarforum....lot's of great information there to help you tweak and optimize things.

Yes, you can do parallel connection but with smaller super cap. I have the links to buy it in car/vehicle category in the list below the video, click more you will see the drop down. Good morning, for the Eg4, They had release new software now, If you order now the new software is already update by signature solar. Signature solar still not give me referral code yet. But I like Eg4 over Growatt and other inverter for the price is decent. Everything is working out now. Just do it slow, take your time to research and be very carful when you install, You must remember to un hook all of your ac. including White NEUTRAL. do not have neutral in your breaker panels from the grid and off grid. you will blow your inverter. Hope I get this to you on time. even ground. So. Your inverter panel and your Ac from grid must be separate and the Ground Rod /post is also separate, if you put together you blew your inverter and cost money for them to fix/replace parts, you would have to send it to them to fix. I like the EG4. I upgrade from GroWatt. the growatt is under power, even 5000. My mom keep over load it. I found out the EG4 has Air filter. This is great, it will protect the unit and it would last very long with air filter. The GroWatt after used 6 months, ton of dust got inside and kill the unit. Good lucks.

Yes please check on my other video, All batteries set will go to Breaker then Busbar then Breaker again before it go to inverter. There is always a breaker at battery to shut off the battery pack. Each inverter will have a breaker as well. (not the on off button, it have separate breaker)
