why would there be added protein? there is the protein from the cashews, the walnuts and the peanut butter, how much more protein do you need? All I can say is eat one before you go to bed, and if you can't sleep then you'll know it has adequate amounts of protein.

My favourite comedy TV series are The Worst Week of my life, The Young Ones, The IT Crowd and of course Fawlty Towers! My most fav comedy movie is Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Bill Bryson will make you laugh out loud with his travelogue books particularly "Neither Here nor There : travels in Europe and "Notes from a Small Island".
