Thank you for what you've shared in your video. I think that a whole lot of human beings have been breaking down to breakthrough for the past four years in addition to this year. I have received messages to do intensive ancestral healing particularly in the past two years. The increase of light & subtle energy healing work helps me the most to clear the layers of distress that is biological, emotional, physical, spiritual & within the cells of our bodies. I have also received messages about DNA clearing. I found out that the Akashic records is really our DNA - information like a library that tells us what our ancestors have experienced. When we free ourselves of the ancestral material that comes through us, we can move forward. Here on Earth we are being asked to be EMBODIED. To live here on Earth embodied, bringing spirit, compassion, goodwill, joy, healing & transmutation to ourselves & to each other. We have work to do here on the planet that we are fortunate enough to inhabit. Yes, harmonizing our emotions is key.

I’ve been in my pyjamas all day today, which isn’t typical for me. My body needed to rest today so that’s what I have been doing. Fortunately, it is a long weekend for me and I’m going for acupuncture in a couple of days, which is a beautiful self-care experience for me. I had a lot of sleep last night and a 2 hour sleep this afternoon. Now I understand what’s going on for me. Thank you! ❤

Thank you for this. I had a lot of old unhealed trauma come up that I had to release. I feel what you are saying, it isn't letting uo anytime soon. I feel like I am releasing so much and growing so quickly. I am grateful for the confirmation on things I have been learning. Letting me know I am on the right track. I would be no matter what. I got a message from my higher self to focus on not identifying with thoughts. Don't let them stick, just flow through. A lot of the thoughts and feelings I notice are not mine, I am intuitive empath. I am also noticing clairaudience and other gifts more now. What a fun journey. For some reason I decided about a month ago to also focus on grounding my energy in the earth and spending time outside in the sun on my lunch break. Just laying on the ground and enjoying nature. It has helped me so much. I have so many tools that I have picked up along the way. Thank you for thos lovely video and the sense of being understood and being with the people I resonate with most. ❤❤
