@@Panini-Potpourri I live an hour away from Houston and Arlington is over 5 hours away from my medium-sized town. Also even though I have my driver's license, I don't like to drive in large cities because I have slight visual and learning impairments that prevent me from driving safely on federal highways and as a result I prefer to drive on small roads and state highways. As a result my parents drive me to large cities instead and they will only drive me to Houston since we're more familiar with the Houston area than Dallas. It's okay though, at least I'm seeing my Boys in Green on the pitch in real life for the 1st time.

Okay, I completely understand that. Driving in large cities ain't fun even in Germany. I thought you would go there by train and that would've been easily affordable in a few hours. That would've been a big upgrade of your Copa experience and there are still cheap tickets buyable for that US match. I have an update too, because now I visit 3 matches of the EURO 2024 (I achieved to buy tickets for Albania vs. Spain in Düsseldorf and France vs. Poland in Dortmund).

@@Panini-Potpourri Public transportation is sadly non-existent in the United States (Passenger rail is only between large cities and inside the large cities as well), so there's no way for me to go to Dallas by train since my town doesn't have a train station (My birthplace in Pennsylvania is connected to a railway system though since it's extremely near Philadelphia, but I no longer live there).

Oh, I didn't realize that at all! If you live in Germany, you have train stations and buses everywhere. At this European Championship, every visitor is even advised NOT to come by car (of course I'll do it anyway).

It's because of the late play-off-matches only 3 months before the tournament.
