Thundercat - Seasons
In between playing gigs with the Suicidal Tendencies and jamming with jazz groups, Stephen "Thundercat" Bruner spent a lot of time working with Flying Lotus. The bassist/singer appeared on "MmmHmm" off the producer's Cosmogramma and they joined forces to form the Infinity band, which played BBC Radio 1 in December 2010. And on the low, they were also putting together Thundercat's debut on Brainfeeder. The progressive galactic-jazz project, The Golden Age of Apocalypse, is entirely produced by FlyLo and features guest vocalists such as Erykah Badu.

2024!…perfect.
I was born in the 80s, so the best era of music to me is the 90s. But the 2k10 era gives the 80s a run for its money and it gives the 90s some good competition. It easily beats the 2k era of music because gems like these were just rocking and helping out youngsters more than they cared to admit. This was the golden era of witchouse, and It's good to check the past for these tracks, but don't get stuck, figure out why it worked and try to see what can happen going forward. I bet it will form other genres and worlds seldom seen.

Me encantan la mayoria de sus canciones, ponerme los auriculares y cerrar los ojos e imaginar cosas, a veces me hace poner triste esta cancion y nose porque jajaja aunque lo que me hace poner mas triste, es que no conozco a nadie que le guste este genero o parecidos, me pone medio sad no poder escuchar con alguien canciones asi toda la noche, pero me alegro de conocer generos como este 🖤
Conocí este artista hace algún tiempo, por 2018 cuando aún estaba en la escuela secundaria. Desde la primera canción que fue Sedsumting, me llamó mucho la atención. Escuchaba a menudo en mis ratos libres en la escuela. Tanto a la mañana como a la tarde. Escucharla me recordaba a las cosas que estudiaba en ese momento, y a las actividades que realizaba. Como estoy en una escuela técnica realizamos variados trabajos con metales. Me recordaba a la especialización y a las ciencias más técnicas, ver el pasado y darse cuenta del avance tecnológico abismal, a veces me costaba creer en el punto de la historia que me tocó vivir. En clases teóricas en ese momento también estudiábamos la evolución de las computadoras, estaba fascinado. De una u otra forma, estas canciones reafirmaban mi interés en algunas ciencias como la física o astronomía y la exploración espacial, a diversas formas en las que los humanos dividen los trabajos y los cuales me tocaban realizar a mí, me daba cuenta de la pequeñez de mi labor, pero de la magnitud que ésta representa en nuestro mundo actual. A veces simplemente la canción me hacía sentir un efímero momento de lucidez y estasis, no sé explicarlo bien, pero me sentía muy bien, en esas caminatas en las que volvía de la escuela. Era una sensación muy distinta a la que experimenté con otras canciones. Nunca supe expresar a otras personas como interpreto la música, normalmente no me entienden o no le doy importancia al saber que no les gusta la música que escucho. Pero para mí es muchísimo mas que solo sonidos ordenados. Representan mi visión de la realidad en cierto momento, mis intereses y curiosidad, producen sensaciones únicas e inigualables experiencias que las recuerdo de por vida.
