I am disappointed and pissed off with your product. On January 5 of this year I purchased a motorcycle from your catalog, a Tao Tao Hell Cat 125 cc with one of your dealers in El Paso, Texas. While I was going through the paperwork to get my driver's license and waiting for the registration title to arrive, the bike sat in the warehouse of the store where I purchased it. Finally, on February 10, I was able to pick it up. I had to wait until the 16th to get my license and be able to take the bike out on the street. Today is March 21. I have had the Hell Cat with me for five weeks. Two of those weeks I have had her in the shop because the original seals on the front bars are leaking oil. The seals have been replaced twice because, no matter what, they are still leaking oil. I was forced to do this because the dealer asked you to send the seals and, according to them, you told them that you do not replace those specific parts, you only replace the complete parts where those seals go. Then the store offered to give me similar seals that they use on other bikes they have in stock. My frustration, my annoyance, my disappointment stems from the store's ineptitude to solve my problem. I feel scammed because I bought a brand new bike, and in less than a month it has already had to visit the shop twice. Also because when I bought it I specifically asked the salesman if I could ride this bike on the highway, where the minimum speed is 60 miles per hour, and his answer was a solid yes. And when I finally used it on the street, I didn't manage to go more than 47 mph. I bought this bike because I saw a lot of good reviews on websites and on CZcams, and they were raving about the product. I thought it would be a reliable tool for commuting to work. But, in the last couple of weeks, I've been watching for oil leaking from the bars. What's worse, the leaking is now present in other parts. There is more oil coming out of the area adjacent to the carburetor. That has caused me stress because, every time I get on the bike, I feel like I'm riding a death machine, that at any moment I will slip without warning because the bike will come apart while I'm riding it or that some clueless driver will crash into me because of how slow I'm going on the highway. Maybe to you this is just a temper tantrum, but I had to work hard to raise the money ($2,300 USD) to be able to buy this motorcycle. To top it off, every day that I have to take it to the shop, it's a financial burden on my family because this is my mode of transportation. It is what drives me through the streets to my work. For me, having it in the shop wastes time and money that I'm not supposed to be spending on a new product, fresh out of the store. Bottom line, your motorcycle has taken the fun out of the road and is stealing my daily sleep. I'm going to try to sell this machine for scrap. I sincerely hope I can do it for the peace of my own mind so I can get some of my money back. And if you're wondering what I want to get with this email, the answer is easy: the functional, top-noch condition motorcycle I was supposed to have purchased in the first place. The decent thing to do for you would be to give me the machine I bought from you, or give me a generous discount to buy another one that works for at least 60 mph. But, that would be dreaming too much. It is without a doubt the worst Asian product purchase I have ever made in my life. Thanks for nothing.

My kids love their buggy. It's wheel base just barely fits in the bed of the truck but they can turn as sharp as they want and don't have to worry about them flipping. It just stays planted.
