Hello. I bought T5 B8.5D bulb after watch this video. I replace bulbs. Everything is good but I realized that this size not fit every bulb. Gear and 4x4 bulbs are smaller than those. If you know can you say gear and 4x4 bulbs codes? Thank you so much
Hello mate, can you explain, leds have different color(green or white) or panel has geen or white colour?
Hi, the LED is white and the panel has the colour. Cheers
@@JADDownunder thank you
Hey mate. We just changed the accumulator in our pajero, didn't work.. changed the pump too.. still can't bleed the brakes. Nothing going thru to the rear brakes. Help!!
Thanks for this video man, it helped me convince my dad with a montero 2 that changing the gauge cluster lights that were fried long ago. Now we are going on a full restoration on the car that is 25 years old now
Very cool in the resto. . Thanks for letting me know. 👍
Genial! Buena demostración me ayudo.
Can you give me link to where did you get this filter?
I want to replace cabin blower, but I couldn’t take out. can you show how can take out it, if you have free times?
Hello, how to understand it must replace? did you feel soft when you press the break?
Our Pajero np 2002 is making a high pitch beeping and brakes have gone is that the brake accumulator
Thank you I have same issue.
No worries 👍
Great vid. The instructions say to eed the front end of the braking system, though. No issues without bleeding ? Mine is leaking brake fluid so I might just try torquing it, or replace the O ring if necessary.
I never bled mine but that's not a huge job either as long as the bleed nipples are in good condition. Would definitely look at replacing o ring though
Pumping the brakes the 40-50 times is considered bleeding the system. Crucial to have key off
Have the same exact issue and the mechanic told me that I need to change the whole break system not only the acomulator which is extremely expensive. Seeking your advice if you faced any issues when replaced the accumulator only or it's working fine, please??
It's worked fine ever since. 😊
Please can you advise on who supplied you the Accumulator I have the same problem on my Pajero Shogun 2006 Diesel 3.2Ltr and I am looking for suppliers of the ABS AISIN components either the accumulator, Motor or the complete Unit
Purchased on ebay from reputable seller. Its Original OEM. Wills Auto Parts. Not sponsored. Shop at your own review.
Good day, very informative video; My car is a 2004, Pajero 3.0v6 with 6g72 Engine. Please advice could worn out brake pads cause the buzzing issue when brake pedal is pressed? Because mine when I press the brake pedal 3 times with the engine off and ignition on I get the small buzz sound and an abs dash light! This is the exact sound it started doing a few days back, sometimes when u apply brakes to put on reverse it will make a continuous beeping sound then goes off after barely 5 seconds!
I wouldn't know about this. Try the Mitsubishi Pajero forums. They are really good at helping to diagnose. Thats what I originally done myself when diagnosing this problem. Good luck.
Thanks for the video. Very useful.
Thanks for sharing, this is the exact issue on my 2003 Pajero, looks like a super easy fix!
Very cool. Thanks for letting me know as I created the video to help other with the same issue. 😎👍
Just replaced mine following these steps and it worked perfectly! Interested to know how you disposed of the old accumulator, did you drill a hole to remove the nitrogen pressure?
I have the 3.2 diesel motor, and mine doesn't have the nut on top. How would I go getting it off? This chirping noise is annoying. Mine is silver in colour not black like yours? Thanks
I haven’t done one of these but doing a quick check on trusted forum I see one bloke used oil filter removal tool. Give that a try 👍 www.pajeroforum.com.au/forum/vehicles/generation-3-pajero/1086990-five-minute-brake-accumulator-change
Thank you very much for the vid.
Non electric capacitor , loving it
How about bleeding? Does accumulator have air upon installing?
I didn’t need to bleed as when i lifted off and reinstalled it didn’t get any air in between the new accumulator and connection point. If you think you should bleed the brakes go for it. Thanks for watching!
Hello from California! I just fixed my dash lights thanks to you. Monteros (errrr, Pajeros?) forever!
Hi from Down under! Really happy it helped 😃
And yes to the Pajeros (Monteros) forever 😎
Great! It was hard to get what spec the bulb was! Thanks a lot.
No problem!

How to increase the odometer LCD brightness?

@@JADDownunder I thought that's for the gauges. I am referring to the small LCD at the bottom of the speedometer. How can I make that brighter?

very good job
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you for this
My pleasure!
very good job can you please also make a video on how to open dashboard and replace heater radiator?
No promises but will do some research and see what I can do.
I just found out that there has been a recall for this problem in Australia. You can check the list of the cars affected here www.vehiclerecalls.gov.au/recalls/rec-003136
Hi there, is it safe to change just this part if the system? given is an electric one, wouldn't affect the safety of the car?
The part I changed isn’t electric but filled with gas and hasn’t given any problems since changing it out. For your own safety always do your own research and seek professional advice 😉
Thanks for the help 👍
Glad it helped 😉
Hi, my accumulator doesn't make the chirping noise, but the pump keeps on running every few seconds. The brakes work just fine though they feel a bit spongy. It's a 2002 Pajero ,petrol. What could be the problem?
Without physically being able to inspect I would suspect a weak pump. Try some Pajero forums or to be sure discuss with a good mechanic! Good luck!
Still the accumulator
Thanks for the video, you could use long bar , or apiece of pipe to untight or during tightening, you wouldn't require much force, it would much easier to work with the watch removed from your hand, prefable to use gloves when working with break fluid.
Thanks Nasser! I thought afterwards it would have helped. Hope you found the video useful. 😊
Hi is this the jaycar part no ZD0384 does globe need to be green, as ZD0384 is white, thanks for video my left rear has been blown since i brought it 4 year's ago and right rear just went tonight
I used white. When you do open it up you’ll see the original bulbs aren’t LEDs and are clear. Given the back panel is already green colour, I think if you used green it would show up as a darker green than the other wheels.
all the way out to jaycar and goose gave me the blue lights @@JADDownunder
Oh wow. Only just seeing this message now Dave Carter. Sorry to hear about the wrong colour lights! Did you end up getting the right ones or just install the blue ones?
Oooooo that is one flat boi
Lol. Flat out.
Where did you buy the lights?
Jaycar
What size are those lights? Or what is the part number
T5 8.5D or check description in the text below video. 😊
What does an accumulator due
A brake accumulator is a component in a vehicle's braking system that stores hydraulic pressure. It helps provide quick and responsive braking performance by storing pressurized brake fluid. When you apply the brakes, the accumulator releases the stored pressure, allowing for immediate brake actuation. It improves braking responsiveness and can support the brake system during power loss or when the engine is off.
