This is an old video, it’s part of a 3 video series. I reviewed a lot of different pastels since then. Your best bet is to Google the current prices because the prices mentioned in this series are quite old.

I now have one palette that I use for dried gouache, a tiny watercolor palette, and during their annual spring seconds sale, I purchased another of their large folio palettes to set up another watercolor palette. When the binder separates from the paint and rises to the top of the tube. When that happens, and you squeeze the tube, the liquid comes out before the thicker pigment.

Don’t worry about being behind, just have fun on the journey! I’m pretty sure that watercolor blending medium and acrylic blending medium are different products so I wouldn’t use it without researching it. Yes, I did leave my palette open until it dried. Have fun!

If you’re asking what the size of the art journal is in the cover photo it’s the smallest size Art Creations sketchbook. Sometimes, if you want to ask a question about an older video, it helps to give me a timestamp so I can look at exactly what the topic of your question is. I hope that helps!

I’m so glad you’re enjoying the videos, that makes my day! I have never used a premade dry gouache palette. Instead I make my own dried gouache pans/ palettes using a combination of Senex Gouache, Holbein and M.Graham. I have a couple of videos on my channel showing how I set up my dry gouache palettes and prevent excessive cracking and falling out by using some blending medium from Windsor and Newton. There is always a coupon code for the Art Toolkit palettes that I use and for Senex Gouache below my current videos. I hope that helps!
