Yes - Eat Lancet run by Nordic millionaires and billionaires tell the general public it all our fault. Lets have a discussion about their use of private jets - flights in private jets in Europe from 119,000 in 2020 to 573,000 in 2022. My personal view is that they want malnourished complacent people. "The EAT-Lancet Commission is the first of a series of initiatives on nutrition led by The Lancet in 2019, followed by the Commission on the Global Syndemic of obesity, undernutrition, and climate change. Find out more in our Editorial." Now the Lancet has had a less that happy history in recent times the MMR vaccination scandal and the partisan publication of letters claiming that Covid 19 did not come from the lab in Wuhan - being amongst the "mishaps". Thank you Dr Mitloehner.

Picked up a 2lb roll a few days ago for about $10.99. Not a bad price if it really is good quality like it's presented. It has the highest fat content I've been able to find so far.
(9/8/21 HELP THE NEW JERSEY DAIRY WITH THE TORNADO DAMAGE STOP THE BULL SHIT AND HELP NOW
Lmao , the "experts of food" can't even grasp the basic concept/reality that mommies milk (literal baby formula) is for babies and cows mother milk is for baby cows... Even most of the dumbest animal species on earth know to wean themselves and their offspring off mommies milk long before considering them adults yet the "experts of food" can't figure it out... ;-)
the more the dairy industry is crashing, the better for the whole humanity !! go vegan !! ditch dairy trash products !!!!
Can't wait to see the animal agriculture industry destroyed. It is coming.
George you are really a leader in Dairy Farming
Love the content keep it coming! Thanks man

Livestock and dairy are responsible for less than 5% of greenhouse gases in America.
Great info
Such great info!
2:23 "If you look at the report, it shows very little, if any, impacts of different diets on the environment. No difference on land use. No difference on water use. No difference on nitrogen or phosphorus. Negative differences on biodiversity, meaning plant-based diets having more biodiversity loss as a result. The only one difference that they show is on greenhouse gases, saying animal agriculture produces more greenhouse gases leading to climate change." These effects are well documented in academia, Frank; you must be working extremely hard not to find them. Your contribution to world science has been not to further understanding of agricultural impacts, but rather than to stall them while pocketing money from the USDA and Beef Checkoff Program. When the Livestock's Long Shadow Report was published in 2006 their published 18% of emissions attributable to livestock stunned the world -- a sign that calculating agricultural emissions was a young science, indeed, with a future of rigorous exploration. However, your hand in reducing the number to 14.5% by correcting an overlooked offset isn't science corrected, and to treat it as "science solved" is ludicrous. That it took until 2019 for the IPCC to properly address, in a recent report, the true impacts of global animal agriculture, is a testament to your industry-backed political abilities. In that spirit, your attempts to play the relative-sustainability game by quoting American livestock emissions as a percentage against the total American emissions, pretending that Americans don't consume the greatest gobs of beef the planet has ever seen, ought to earn you a special place in hell.
You can make cattle more efficient in India they have nearly billion head of cattle in the US only 94 million and if you make cattle more efficient less (carbon footprint) plus I think he was talking about dairy not beef
Frank has also debunked how flawed the public compares the emissions data of FAO with that of IPCC. FAO had accepted the flaw and has corrected the issue since then. But still the general public continue with that flaw. Listen to his other videos as well.
Don’t talk, show sources buddy. From my reading, all of the data is weak at best. Most of the literature, not even showing the carbon negative soil contribution of ruminants in their assessments of the effect on the environment.

All these dairies will be out of business soon enough.
who else is hear after the "green new deal" ?
thank you Frank - it's important to hear how to continue and improve (with modern technologies) the production of good quality, grass-fed, sustainable dairy and meat production for all.
There is nothing important or good about pretending supporting animal abuse to get meat is good food for Apes/humans that want to pretend they need to feed like lions or some other obligate carnivore (which humans clearly are not)... Nor is there anything good about exploiting and harming animals to pretend that mommies milk (literal baby formula) is good food for adults or pretending that stealing another species milk is necessary or good... Even most of the dumbest animal species on earth know to wean themselves and their offspring off mommies milk long before considering them adults yet the "experts of food" somehow can't figure it out even with the vast majority of the worlds adults being lactose intolerant... ;-)
Thank you for taking the time to interview our Executive Director Tim Trotter!
He was very informative and we hope to interview him again soon!
It's nice to see milk fat back on the menu. Since cattle were domesticated, over 10,000 years ago, they've been an integral part of human life.
Thanks, Joel, for a great Digital Dairy Business introduction. I look forward to working with you and your Team as we continue to address the needs of the dairy industry.
