There's very a big confusion on this clip, I have been a Macintosh Admin with JAMF Pro Enterprise Administration handling 25 thousand Macintosh'es Globally from my previous Work (Largest Data Center in the World) and deployed Macintosh Company Provided Devices from 2 of our Couriers (Apple Macintosh and CVR's either in Europe (Where I am Assigned and US/NA including Canada..) Most Macintosh User's that includes Migrators from Windows to Macintosh would have a very very hard time executing those Commands specially, you have to give determinant to the Mac User the right Key Combinations to Restore, Re-Image and Set-Up a Mac.. This is also involved Parameters Reset's that involves killing the Kernel Boot Header.. Make sure that the User/Employee or Partner's region is set prior from releases of locations of the Mac.. They need to also specify if it's an InTel, AMD Radeon, specially now, System on a Chip for Macintosh (M1,M2 and M3, with iPad M4 hence N-able also configures and setup MDM's for Mac).. Not all instance of new Mac's would install the latest updated MacOS Version, Kindly also check Terminal Time for the Partner's Region hence it will fall installing un-updated MacOS at times.. The Tech who will assist the Partner needs more Patience in handling this kind of Scenario, hence this would bite time on the side of the Partner/Customer if you will assist them.. Been there, been that in a Macintosh Enterprise Administration that also involves JAMF Pro Administration.. - Peps de Leon

I followed your advice, the power button blinked then the Mac made an odd sound reset itself and when it powered back up, there is the Apple logo and I installing my operating system.
